Abstract: A display device includes a display area in which red, green, and blue sub-pixels are arranged, and a touch sensing layer including a conductive pattern, the conductive pattern including touch electrodes arranged in a row direction and a column direction in the display area, and trace lines electrically connected to the touch electrodes, respectively, and extending in the column direction in the display area. Here, the conductive pattern includes touch pattern unit blocks arranged along the row direction, each of the touch pattern unit block including some parts of the plurality of trace lines and at least one touch electrode among the plurality of touch electrodes, and the touch pattern unit block has a size corresponding to an integer multiple of a size of a pixel unit block, wherein the pixel unit block is a minimum repetition unit of the red, green, and blue sub-pixels.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a display unit having a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes a transistor and a light-emitting element. A plurality of signal lines is connected to the pixels. An encapsulation layer covers the pixels. The display unit includes a display region and a non-display region adjacent to the display region in a plan view. A sensing unit includes a plurality of sensing patterns overlapping the display region. A plurality of sensing pads overlaps the non-display region. A plurality of sensing lines electrically connects the sensing patterns and the sensing pads. A bridge line is connected to a first sensing line and a corresponding first sensing pad. The bridge line is bent to extend in a direction that is different from an extending direction of the first sensing line to connect the bridge line to the first sensing pad.

Abstract: A touch screen panel and display device having the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the touch screen panel includes a base layer, a noise shielding layer formed over a base layer, and a plurality of first touch sensors formed over the base layer. The touch screen panel further includes a plurality of second touch sensors formed over the base layer and electrically insulated from the first touch sensors. The second touch sensors cross the first touch sensors. The touch screen panel also includes a first pad part electrically insulated from and overlapping the noise shielding layer, wherein the first pad part comprises a plurality of signal pads. The touch screen panel further includes a plurality of touch signal lines respectively electrically connecting the signal pads to the first and second touch sensors.

The fourth conductive layer includes an opening exposing an upper surface of the first organic layer between the first power supply voltage line and the second dam portion.

The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer overlap the active area of the display panel.
