Provided are an organometallic compound, a light-emitting device including the same, and an electronic apparatus and electronic equipment that include the light-emitting device. The organometallic compound includes iridium and emits a first light, wherein a photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of the first light has a first peak (Imax) having a maximum intensity and a second peak (I2nd) having a second highest intensity, and the organometallic compound satisfies Condition 1 and at least one selected from Conditions 2 and 3: Condition 1: a wavelength of the first peak is in a range of 515 nm to 530 nm; Condition 2: an intensity of the second peak is at least 40% and not more than 60% compared to an intensity of the first peak; and Condition 3: a reorganization energy value of the organometallic compound is less than or equal to 0.22 eV.
