Abstract: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a method for transmitting, by a road side unit (RSU), a signal in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from another RSU, an infrastructure-to-infrastructure (I2I) signal for pairing; on the basis of the I2I signal for pairing, performing pairing with the other RSU; and on the basis of the pairing having failed, transmitting an infrastructure-to-vehicle (I2V) signal every preset period, wherein the I2I signal for pairing comprises information regarding a period change value associated with the preset period, and, on the basis of the pairing having succeeded, the I2V signal is transmitted every period into which the preset period has been changed on the basis of the period change value.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives, from a network, a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration and a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource configuration. The PUCCH resource configuration may be included in the SPS configuration. When a change of an SPS operation is required, the user equipment transmits an SPS change request to the network and receives, from the network, an SPS resource grant activated according to the SPS change request. The user equipment changes allocation of a PUCCH resource allocated according to the PUCCH resource configuration, on the basis of the received SPS resource grant. For example, a timing at which or a period in which the PUCCH resource is allocated can be changed.

Abstract: Provided are an operation method in accordance with uplink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) of a terminal in a wireless communication system and a terminal using the method. The method is characterized by: receiving, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) for indicating activation or release of uplink SPS; and decoding the DCI on the basis of a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) or a second RNTI. If the DCI is a first DCI for SPS for transmitting a signal to the base station, the DCI is decoded on the basis of the first RNTI, and, if the DCI is a second DCI for SPS for transmitting a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) signal, the DCI is decoded on the basis of the second RNTI. And the first RNTI and second RNTI are RNTIs that are different from each other.

Abstract: A method by which a terminal blind-decodes a PSCCH in a wireless communication system is proposed. The method comprises: receiving a blind decoding configuration from a network; and performing blind decoding in a first TTI on the basis of the configuration, wherein the blind decoding includes: first blind decoding on a first PSCCH on the basis of the first TTI; and second blind decoding on a second PSCCH on the basis of a second TTI shorter than the first TTI, and the configuration controls the number of times of the first blind decoding and/or the number of times of the second blind decoding to be performed by the terminal in the first TTI.
