Abstract: Systems and techniques for transmitting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) carrying a scheduling request (SR) in a wireless communication system. In some implementations, a method performed by a terminal includes the steps of: receiving, from a base station, a first message related to configuration of an uplink (UL) resource; receiving, from the base station, a second message related to resource configuration of a PUCCH carrying the SR; determining a resource for transmission of the PUCCH carrying the SR; and transmitting, to the base station, the PUCCH carrying the SR on the determined resource.

In this case, if a first uplink carrier and a second uplink carrier are configured, the random access procedure is configured to transmit a random access preamble via a specific uplink carrier corresponding to an indicator associated with the PDCCH order among the first uplink carrier and the second uplink carrier.

The slot m may be a slot including start of the slot n+K among slots of the secondary cell overlapping with the slot n+K.
