    摘要: A hinge assembly includes a body drive member (1) having an outer screw thread (14), a cover drive member (2), and a locating member (3). The cover drive member has a hole (212), and an inner screw thread (215) therein. Two arms (223) extend from opposite edges of the cover drive member, and a bent portion (227) is formed at a distal end of each arm. The locating member has a projection (32) on an outer periphery thereof, and defines a hole. The body drive member extends through the hole of the cover drive member and the hole of the locating member, thereby integrating the hinge assembly into a complete unit, with the outer screw thread engaging with the inner screw thread, and the bent portion abutting the projection. The hinge assembly exerts reduced force on a foldable electronic device when the foldable electronic device is opened or closed.

The panel has a mounting hole (24) with a first arc groove (244). Two ends of the spring respectively contact with a particular portion of the mounting hole and the button. The top cover has a second arc groove (45) which corresponds with the first arc groove of the panel. The locking portion of the button passes through the first groove of the panel and the second groove of the top cover, and mates with the second arc groove by a return force of the spring to fix the panel and the top cover together.

    摘要: A hinge mechanism includes a shaft (1), a cam follower (12), a cam (2), an antifriction member (3), a washer (4) and an elastic member (5). The cam follower is fixed relative to the shaft and has a cam follower surface. The cam has a cam surface (24) and a cam hole defined therein. The cam is rotatable relative to the cam follower. The shaft runs through the cam, the washer and the elastic member, in turn. The antifriction member has one end touching the cam and an opposite end touching the washer. The cam surface abuts against the cam follower surface due to the elastic force of the elastic member. As the friction coefficient between the antifriction member and washer is smaller than that between the cam and the washer, the hinge mechanism generates a smaller friction therebetween, so the waste of energy is very small.
