    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a radio access control method. The method includes that a terminal device receives access control information sent by an access network device, wherein the access control information indicates a barred service type and a barred data transmission attribute to the terminal device; and the terminal device determines whether to send a radio resource control (RRC) connection request to the access network device based on the barred service type and the barred data transmission attribute; wherein the data transmission attribute comprises a transmission scheme type, the transmission scheme type is used to indicate a transmission scheme used by the terminal device for transmitting service data used by the terminal device. Thereby improving network resource utilization.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a cell obtaining method and a terminal to reduce power consumption of the terminal. Technical solutions provided in the embodiments of this application are as follows: When a terminal is connected to a current source serving cell, the terminal obtains a first quality parameter of the current source serving cell; if the first quality parameter is less than a first preset threshold, the terminal determines a measurement cell set; the terminal measures each measurement cell in the measurement cell set to obtain each corresponding second quality parameter; and the terminal determines a target serving cell based on the second quality parameter.

As discussed with respect to the embodiments described herein, in the communications field, a network slice to which a terminal belongs can be determined for the terminal in a 5G network. The method may include obtaining, by a network selection function (NSF) node, an identity of a terminal. The method may also include sending, by the NSF node, the identity to a home subscriber server (HSS), and then receiving, by the NSF node, a slice identifier of the network slice that is sent by the HSS, where the slice identifier is determined by the HSS based on the identity The method may also include determining, by the NSF node based on the slice identifier, a network slice to which the terminal belongs.

The method includes providing an MBMS service data transmission system that includes a central BM-SC located on a core network and an edge BM-SC and an MBMS GW that are located on a network edge; creating, by the central BM-SC, a control-plane bearer context; sending a session start request to the edge BM-SC, so that the edge BM-SC creates a user-plane bearer context; receiving a session start response sent by the edge BM-SC; and delivering a service key to the edge BM-SC, so that the edge BM-SC encrypts data of the edge MBMS service by using the service key and sends data to UE via the MBMS GW.

    Abstract: A data center includes a wavelength source, a first optical component, a first communications device, and a second communications device. The wavelength source is configured to generate an N-wavelength laser beam. The first port of the first optical component is configured to receive an M-wavelength laser beam from the wavelength source. The second port of the first optical component is configured to send the M-wavelength laser beam to the first communications device.
