    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a CSI reporting method, a CSI receiving method, and an apparatus, to resolve a technical problem that PUCCH resource overheads are relatively large during CSI reporting. In embodiments of the present invention, at least two PUCCH resources are configured for each downlink carrier group. CSI that needs to be reported in one uplink subframe may be obtained, and a format of a corresponding PUCCH resource is determined according to the to-be-reported CSI. For example, the determined format is referred to as a first format. Then, all of the to-be-reported CSI is reported after being added to a first first-format PUCCH resource.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data sending and receiving method and device. The method includes: receiving a threshold; if a data volume of a packet to be sent is less than the threshold, sending the packet in a first data transmission manner; and if a data volume of the packet is greater than or equal to the threshold, sending the packet in a second data transmission manner. By adopting the technical solution of the present invention, a resource waste caused by transmitting small data in a data transmission manner used for transmitting a large packet in the prior art can be reduced, transmission efficiency of small data can be improved, and a transmission delay can be reduced.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a downlink control information sending method and device, and a downlink control information receiving method and device. The sending method includes: sending, by a base station device, downlink control information DCI on a physical downlink control channel PDCCH of a downlink subframe, where the DCI is used to instruct user equipment UE to receive physical downlink shared channel PDSCH information in an uplink subframe; and sending the PDSCH information in the uplink subframe. In this way, the base station can effectively schedule an uplink subframe, and a purpose of transmitting a downlink service by using an uplink subframe is achieved, which not only improves utilization of a wireless spectrum resource corresponding to the uplink subframe, but also effectively diverts load pressure of a wireless spectrum resource corresponding to a downlink subframe. Therefore, overall utilization of wireless spectrum resources of a system is improved.
