Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a data transmission method, a transmit end device, and a receive end device. The method includes performing bit mapping processing on a first part of bits of a first data bit group, to generate a first modulation symbol and determining a first precoding matrix from multiple preset precoding matrices according to a second part of bits of the first data bit group. The method also includes performing precoding processing on the first modulation symbol according to the first precoding matrix, to obtain a first modulation symbol matrix and transmitting the first modulation symbol matrix to a receive end device by using at least two antennas.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and discloses a method for configuring a resource to a DRB, and an apparatus. The method is specifically: first determining, by a first CBS, resource configuration information used by a first DBS to separately allocate a resource to at least one DRB of UE; and then, sending, to the first DBS, a first resource allocation indication that carries the determined resource configuration information, so that the first DBS separately allocates the resource to the at least one DRB of the UE according to the resource configuration information. In this way, effectively implementing resource configuration for a protocol entity in a DBS according to a QoS requirement of a DRB.

Abstract: A method for non-orthogonal multiple access (NoMA) transmission is provided. In an embodiment, a method in a network device for transmission of a NoMA signal includes obtaining information bits. The method also includes transmitting the NoMA signal. The NoMA signal includes one or more layers. The NoMA signal is generated according to the information bits and according to a set of signal processing operations selected from a plurality of signal processing operations. At least one of the set of signal processing operations is layer-specific or UE-specific or a combination thereof.

Abstract: A random access method and an apparatus are described that provide improved transmission efficiency of a response message based on the response message scheduled by a plurality of PDCCHs. A terminal device receives a first control channel resource set used to monitor a common physical downlink control channel PDCCH and a second control channel resource set used to monitor a specific PDCCH that are sent by a network device. The terminal device sends a first message to the network device, and the terminal device monitors a first search space corresponding to the first control channel resource set and a second search space corresponding to the second control channel resource set to receive at least one of the common PDCCH and the specific PDCCH, to schedule a PDSCH that carries a response message of the first message.

Abstract: An uplink transmission methods and apparatuses to reduce a probability that a collision between a user equipment (UE) and another UE occurs when the UE sends uplink data, thereby improving network performance are described. A plurality of different preamble signals are sent to a network device by a user equipment (UE). A feedback signal of the network device in response to the plurality of preamble signals is received by the UE. The feedback signal in response to each preamble signal carries a timing advance (TA) corresponding to the preamble signal. A valid TA is determined by the UE from the plurality of received TAs. A parameter used for uplink transmission is determined by the UE based on a feedback signal carrying the valid TA or a preamble signal corresponding to the valid TA. Uplink data are sent according to the parameter by the UE.

According to embodiments of the disclosure, reliability of grant-free transmission can be ensured, and communication performance can be effectively improved.

Abstract: This application discloses a method for repeated transmission and a terminal device. The method implemented by a terminal device includes: determining a transmission time unit used in the first transmission of to-be-transmitted data; determining, by the terminal device based on the determined transmission time unit and a parameter Q, a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ process used to transmit the to-be-transmitted data, where Q is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and when repeated transmission of the to-be-transmitted data is not terminated before the first specific transmission time unit, performing, starting from the determined transmission unit, one transmission of the to-be-transmitted data in each transmission time unit by using the HARQ process until the last transmission of the to-be-transmitted data is performed in the first specific transmission time unit, where a period of the specific transmission time unit in a time domain resource is Q transmission time units.
