    Abstract: A data service control method and a related device are disclosed. The method includes: determining, by a PGW, a status of a data service switch of UE; if the status of the data service switch is that the data service switch is turned off, after the PGW receives a first data packet that comes from or goes to the UE, determining, by the PGW, whether the first data packet belongs to a specified type; and forwarding, by the PGW, the first data packet if the first data packet belongs to the specified type; or discarding, by the PGW, the first data packet if the first data packet does not belong to the specified type.     Abstract: This application provides a parameter determining method and a communications entity. The method includes: When UE is in a system in which an EPS network and a 5GS network interwork, the UE is currently located in the 5GS network, and used QoS parameters include an authorized UE AMBR and an authorized session AMBR of a session. Because of movement of the UE, the UE needs to be handed over to the EPS network, and QoS parameters that need to be used for the UE in the EPS network include an authorized UE AMBR and an authorized APN AMBR. The authorized APN AMBR is determined by a first communications entity based on at least one of a subscribed APN AMBR or the authorized session AMBR of the PDU session, and the authorized UE AMBR is determined by a second communications entity based on the authorized APN AMBR.

    Abstract: Embodiments relate to the field of communications technologies, and provide a service communication method and a device, to resolve a problem that a service cannot be normally executed because a radio resource is forcibly allocated to UE after a service establishment request is received. In this method, a service establishment request sent by a service application server can be received by an access network device. A notification message to the service application server can be sent by the access network device. The notification message can carry information reflecting an actual network status of a cell in which UE is located, and the actual network status of the cell in which the UE is located is used by the service application server to determine updated radio channel quality requirement information. This method can be performed in a process of establishing a service and performing service communication.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a single radio voice call continuity handover method and apparatus. An MME records whether a bearer deletion request message sent by a gateway device is received, and if the MME determines that the bearer deletion request message is received, the MME does not send a bearer deletion instruction message to the gateway device, and does not delete a local voice service bearer resource. Therefore, after the MME performs voice service bearer deletion on an IMS side, the MME does not perform voice service bearer deletion on an EPS side, thereby avoiding a conflict in an SRVCC process. Alternatively, when a reason for session termination is SRVCC handover, a PCRF does not send a re-authentication request message to the gateway device, that is, the gateway device does not perform a voice bearer deletion process on the IMS side, thereby avoiding a conflict in an SRVCC process.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a voice resource saving method, including: an MME sends a notification message to an eNodeB, which is used to instruct the eNodeB not to hand over, for a non-voice service, a UE from a LTE network to a CS domain of a 2G or a 3G network. Or, when an MSC determines that the circuit domain service is a non-voice service, the MSC sends a bearer release message to a base station to instruct the base station to release the voice resource. According to the the present invention, during implementation of a non-voice service, a handover of UE from an LTE network to a CS domain of a 2G or 3G network may not be triggered, or a voice resource reserved in the CS domain of the 2G or 3G network is released.
