摘要: An automatically mountable heat sink for effectively conducting and dissipating heat of an electronic part comprises a heat dissipation plate formed by bending a rectangular metal plate of aluminum, copper or the like by means of pressing along the lines perpendicular to its longitudinal direction and a phase changing member made of a mixture of paraffin and epoxy resin having alumina as a heat conductive filler dispersed therein and applied to a ceiling surface of the heat dissipation plate. When the heat sink and the electronic parts are soldered on a printed wiring board by heating of reflow soldering, the phase changing member made of the mixture of paraffin and epoxy resin is softened and partly moves downward by the action of gravity to abut the upper surface of the electronic part, then is solidified, thereby connecting the heat dissipation plate and the electronic part with each other.

摘要: A heat conductor used by being disposed between a heat sink and electronic parts mounted on a printed circuit board. The heat conductor is layered by a heat conductive layer, made of silicone gel with alumina as a heat conductive filler dispersed therein, and a potentially adhesive layer. The potentially adhesive layer consists of a hot melt layer, with alumina as a heat conductive filler dispersed therein, and a heat resistant film, to facilitate formation of the hot melt layer, adhered to the heat conductive layer on one face of the heat resistant film. The heat conductor is set on the electronic parts so that the potentially adhesive layer abuts them, and is made to adhere to the electronic parts due to heating by means of reflow soldering to reach the phase change temperature of the adhesive.

摘要: A radiator member for efficiently releasing heat to the surrounding area. Cordierite powder and copper powder are mixed in a base material of dimethyl silicone. Near one surface of the radiator member the mixture ratio of copper powder is increased, while in the opposite surface the mixture ratio of cordierite powder is increased. By bringing the surface of the radiator member, containing a larger ratio of copper powder in contact with a heat generating element, heat from the heat generating element can be quickly conducted through the highly conductive copper powder. The cordierite powder, which is heated by heat transmitted through the copper powder from the heat generating element, converts the heat into far infrared rays, and then releases the rays to the atmosphere. Heat is thus efficiently released to the surrounding area.

摘要: An electromagnetic shielding gasket attached to an end portion of a board member for contacting a desired contact portion and providing an electromagnetic shielding effect. The electromagnetic shielding gasket comprises a flat base portion linearly extending and having a width substantially equal to the thickness of the end portion of the board member. The gasket also comprises a plurality of pairs of resilient fingers arranged in an extending direction from the flat base portion. Each resilient finger transversely extends out from each side edge portion of the flat base portion. Some of the resilient fingers are bent downwardly toward one another, forming carrier strips for holding side walls of the board member therebetween. The other resilient fingers are bent downwardly or upwardly according to the position of the desired contact portion, forming resilient tabs for contacting the desired portion. The electromagnetic shielding gasket can be easily attached to the end portion of the board member using the carrier strips, and can contact any surface disposed relative to the board member using the resilient tabs.

摘要: A howling canceller which suppresses occurrence of howling even when an open loop gain exceeds “1” in the whole reproduction band. In the howling canceller, an adaptive filter (107) operates a digital received voice signal with a tap coefficient to generate a pseudo echo; a subtractor (108) subtracts the pseudo echo from a digital transmitted voice signal to generate a residual signal; and an amplitude limiting circuit (110) limits the absolute value of the amplitude of the digital received voice signal to be equal to or smaller than a predetermined threshold which ensures that all of a D/A converter (101), a power amplifier (102), a speaker (103), a microphone (104), a microphone amplifier (105), and an A/D converter (106) operate in a linear operation area, and outputs the amplitude-limited digital received voice signal to the D/A converter (101) and the adaptive filter (107).

摘要: Provided is a medical bladed device reduced in piercing resistance by coating with a silicone. Also provided is a coating method by which a satisfactory silicone coating is formed on a medical bladed device. A medical bladed device (knife (A)) having a cutting portion (1) with an edge (3) on the periphery thereof and a shank (2) is subjected to coating to coat the cutting portion (1) including the edge (3) with a silicone having a thickness of from 25 nanometers to 5 micrometers. While holding the medical bladed device, with the cutting portion (1) lower and the shank (2) upper, the cutting portion is immersed in a silicone solution so that the angle between the upper or lower side of the cutting portion and the solution surface (21) of the silicone solution is 0-90 degrees. Thereafter, the medical bladed device is raised at a rate of 500 mm/min or less while keeping the angle in that range to separate the cutting portion from the silicone solution. The cutting portion is then dried at a temperature in range of 100-250° C. for 30 minutes or longer. The silicone concentration is 0.2-15% by weight, and the thickness of the silicone film is regulated by conducting the coating operation once or repeatedly.
