摘要: The present invention describes a process for pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomass that comprises the step of contacting a lignocellulosic biomass with an ionic liquid consisting of a phthalic salt of dicholine in the weight ratio from 1:1 to 1:100 of biomass:ionic liquid, said step taking place for a period of time that varies from 0.4 to 48 hours and in a temperature range that varies from 60 to 200° C. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to the use of the pretreated lignocellulosic biomass in an enzymatic hydrolysis process.

摘要: The invention uses the principle of the pneumatic turbine and a cooling system for the entire welding torch, wherein the gas used in the welding process, or even compressed air, enters through a conductor in the axial direction to the consumable, thus moving, a turbine, which in turn moves a tip and a tip holder. The welding torch can be used for extended periods of time at 100% cycle on welding machines of NEMA class I, since it is water cooled. In addition, the torch can be used in any welding source from any manufacturer, whether the machine is new or very old, as the euro standard (socket) is the same. This implies that there is no need to purchase a new welding machine, but only a torch. In construction and assembly environments, such as riser welding, refineries, joint welding, coating, and processes that aim to build a part using only one welding consumable, the use of said torch would bring a significant balance in terms of reduction of time and cost. This torch can also be used in any existing welding device, within the abovementioned processes.

摘要: The present invention addresses to a system that aims at reproducing situations close to those found in oil wells, in relation to the thermodynamic conditions (pressure and temperature), and the fluids present (by means of the chemical species involved), aiming at representing in a more realistic way the production scenarios to be faced. The main scope is to represent on a laboratory scale the phenomenon of depressurization with the release of carbon dioxide inducing the precipitation of calcite (calcium carbonate), the growth and agglomeration of inorganic crystals, and the phenomena of adhesion and scale on common metallic surfaces of elements of completion of oil wells.

摘要: The present invention describes the coprocessing of a lignocellulosic liquid stream and an intermediate fossil stream in the oil refining process comprising the steps of (a) contacting said intermediate fossil stream and said lignocellulosic liquid stream with a stream of solvent of C3-C10 hydrocarbons in an extraction section, obtaining a stream of extract with solvent and a stream of raffinate with solvent; and (b) sending said stream of extract with solvent to a separation section, obtaining a deasphalted oil stream comprising solvent-free carbon of renewable origin and a stream of recovered solvent. The present invention further relates to a process for producing fuels from the deasphalted oil stream comprising carbon of renewable origin, wherein the process comprises sending the deasphalted oil stream to a conversion section of an oil refinery. The conversion section is selected from catalytic hydrocracking unit, thermal cracking, fluidized-bed catalytic cracking, visbreaking, delayed coking and catalytic reforming.

摘要: The present invention deals with a method for obtaining membranes in the form of hollow fibers with application in the field of carbon dioxide removal from natural gas. The aforementioned membranes are obtained by means of heat treatment of polymeric membranes. In this method, polymeric membranes are obtained by a phase-inversion technique by immersion-precipitation and are subsequently subjected to a heat treatment, that is, that the membranes effectively become precursor membranes of the heat treatment. The heat treatment process involves the optimization of the heating rate, temperature, and stabilization time variables, aiming at the improvement of the transport properties of the polymeric membranes. After the heat treatment, it becomes possible to use the membranes in separation processes of gases which operate at pressures greater than 30 bar, with selectivity for carbon dioxide (CO2).
