    摘要: An easily openable container lid includes a shell and liner. The shell includes a flat circular top wall, a skirt wall having an arcuate part extending arcuately radially outward and downward from the peripheral edge of the top wall in a longitudinal cross sectional view and a linear part extending vertically downward following the arcuate part, and a grip piece extending from the lower end of the skirt wall. The top wall, the skirt wall and at least a base part of the grip piece are integrally formed of a metal sheet, and a pair of scores each composed of first and second portions are formed on the shell. The first portions extend on the skirt wall upward from both sides of the grip piece, and the second portions extend arcuately between the upper end part of the skirt part and the peripheral edge part of the top wall.

    摘要: An oxygen-shielding container lid according to the present invention comprises a high density polyethylene cap shell 1 having a skirt section 7 and a top plate section 5 provided with an inner ring 9 for intimate contact with an inner surface of a container mouth; and an in-shell molded body 3 provided in a portion of an inner surface of the top plate section which is surrounded with the inner ring 9. The in-shell molded body 3 is composed of a primary molded body 3a which has been formed by in-shell molding on the inner surface of the top plate section and which has an oxygen shielding function; and a secondary molded body 3b which has been formed on the primary molded body 3a by in-shell molding so as to cover the primary molded body 3a and to be fused and fixed to the inner surface of the top plate section at the peripheral edge of the primary molded body. A resin composition used for formation of the secondary molded body 3b contains linear low density polyethylene, and has a melt flow rate at 190° C. of 1 to 10 g/10 minutes, a density of 0.900 to 0.920 g/cm3, and a nominal tensile strain at break, as defined by JIS K-6922-2, of 400% or more.

    摘要: A composite container lid which includes an inner cap fitted onto the container mouth portion by screw engagement, an over-cap fitted onto the inner cap, and an IC tag. The over-cap has a top panel and a skirt descending from the circumferential edge of the top panel. The inner cap has a top plate and a cylindrical wall descending from the circumferential edge of the top plate and has a thread formed in the inner surface thereof to come into screw engagement with the outer surface of the container mouth portion. An engaging means is provided between the inner surface of the skirt of the over-cap and the outer surface of the cylindrical wall of the inner cap to transmit the turn of the over-cap fitted onto the inner cap to the inner cap.

    摘要: A plastic cap is able to be applied to a container having a screw formed with a vent. The plastic cap has an outer ring for sealing at least the outer surface of the mouth of the container, and an inner ring for sealing the inner surface of the container mouth. In a closed state, sealability is maintained by a seal point on the inner surface of the outer ring. In an unsealing step, a seal point on the outer surface of the inner ring is shifted into a pressure-contacted state on the inner surface of the container mouth, where there is no risk of sink marks caused by molding strain, before a seal by the outer ring is released. Thus, reliable sealability can be exhibited even when the cap is applied to a container having inferior dimensional accuracy.
