Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a user equipment includes receiving, from a network node, a first message configuring a group of inactivity timers including indicating a respective timer duration value for each inactivity timer of the group of inactivity timers. Each inactivity timer of the group of inactivity timers may be associated with a respective network power saving mode of a group of network power saving modes. The method also includes initiating a first inactivity timer of the group of inactivity timers with a respective timer duration value based on receiving a first downlink transmission from the network node or transmitting first uplink information to the network node. The method further includes enabling a radio resource control (RRC) state of a group of RRC states based on an expiration of the first inactivity timer.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit control signaling scheduling a downlink transmission to a user equipment (UE) across multiple bandwidth parts (BWPs) and an indication of a code block group (CBG)-based mapping for the downlink transmission. A transport block (TB) of the downlink transmission may include multiple code block groups (CBGs) that are mapped across the BWPs. The UE may monitor for the TB across the BWPs based on the CBG mapping. For example, the UE may determine the CBGs are mapped across different BWPs based on the cross-BWP CBG mapping. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may determine each CBG is mapped within one BWP based on the cross-BWP CBG BWPs mapping. The UE may calculate a TB size based on available time and frequency resources and may decode the TB based on calculating the TB size and the cross-BWP CBG mapping.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration of a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource. The UE may receive one or more indications indicating that an SRS associated with the SRS resource should be transmitted using a time domain orthogonal cover code (TD-OCC) and that the UE should perform TD-OCC hopping when transmitting the SRS associated with the SRS resource. The UE may transmit the SRS using the SRS resource based at least in part on the configuration of the SRS resource and by performing the TD-OCC hopping. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a network entity to consider an identity property for received RS during analog combining or aggregation in order to achieve efficient channel sounding and estimation. The network entity may receive an RS in a time period via a plurality of antenna elements. The network entity may combine, in an analog domain, the RS received via each of the antenna elements based at least in part on weights associated with the antenna elements. At least one weight of the weights changes over the time period, and the weights are elements of a time domain orthogonal cover code or a DFT matrix. As a result of these weights, the network entity may estimate multiple combined or individual channels of antenna elements or groups from one or more RS in one or more symbols, potentially improving UE energy efficiency, efficient resource allocation, and coherency between the antenna elements.
