Abstract: An input device includes two fixed electrodes and an operating member. The two fixed electrodes is configured to be placed to overlap with specific line electrodes of a plurality of line electrodes. The operating member is movable with respect to the two fixed electrodes. The operating member is movable within a movable range including a plurality of click points. Electrical states of the two fixed electrodes change among a plurality of states in accordance with a movement of the operating member. A divisor of an integer N does not include 4, where the integer N is a total number of times of change in the electrical states of the at least two fixed electrodes when the operating member moves from one to a next one of adjacent two click points of the plurality of click points.

Abstract: A refrigerator is an example of a storage cabinet, and includes a door sensor, a weight sensor, a wireless tag reader, a memory, and a microcomputer. The microcomputer identifies an ID that is not readable by the wireless tag reader after a timing at which a weight increase is detected by the weight sensor in a first period, as an ID of a newly loaded food item, the first period being a period from when a door is opened to when the door is closed that is determined based on a result of detection performed by the door sensor, and adds the identified ID to registration information that is stored in the memory.

Abstract: A work system includes a mounting system which mounts a component on a board and an unmanned conveyance system having an unmanned conveyance vehicle. The unmanned conveyance system includes a first notifier which notifies the mounting system of an arrival notification indicating that the unmanned conveyance vehicle transfers the feeder carriage to a position where an operation of connecting the feeder carriage to the base starts, and a first processor which causes the unmanned conveyance vehicle to travel in a direction away from the base upon receiving, from the mounting system, a connection completion indicating that a connection of the feeder carriage is completed. The mounting system includes a second processor which causes the connection mechanism to connect the feeder carriage upon receiving the arrival notification, and a second notifier which notifies the unmanned conveyance system of the connection completion upon being informed of completion of the connection.

Abstract: A distance measuring device is to be connected to a wave transmitter and a wave receiver. In such a situation, the distance measuring unit calculates the distance to the target based on respective amounts of a preceding wave received at the wave receiver over a period corresponding to the preceding distance range and a succeeding wave received at the wave receiver over a period corresponding to the succeeding distance range.
