Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a network entity may use a lower power sleep procedure to reduce power consumption, and monitor for a wake-up signal (WUS) from at least one user equipment (UE) during configured WUS occasions. The WUS from one or more UEs may provide information of one or more attributes of data traffic that is present at a transmit buffer of the one or more UEs. A WUS configuration may be provided from a network entity that allows the selection of a particular WUS to indicate one or more attributes of the data traffic at the UE. The WUS may convey information such as buffer status, power headroom, a priority of traffic, latency targets of the traffic, or any combinations thereof. The WUS may also give an indication of a requested duration of an active mode at the network entity.

Abstract: A base station performs joint channel estimation for a set of physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) with bundled DMRS from a user equipment (UE). The UE receives an indication to transmit the set of PUSCHs, each PUSCH of the set of PUSCHs comprising a corresponding DMRS from the base station. The base station transmits, and the UE receives, a sounding reference signal resource indicator for each PUSCH of the set of PUSCHs. The UE transmits the PUSCHs based on a same sounding reference single resource, the SRI for a first PUSCH of the set of PUSCHs indicating the same SRS resource.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating a frequency hopping configuration for repetitions of an uplink message that are to be transmitted via a set of resources, including one or more resources that support full-duplex communications. The UE may determine that some resources of the set of resources are available for transmitting the repetitions in a time domain. The UE may use a frequency hopping pattern to transmit the uplink message and the repetitions of the uplink message, where the frequency hopping pattern may include two or more frequency hops and based on the available resources and the frequency hopping configuration. In some cases, the UE may determine that some resources of the set of resources are unavailable in a frequency domain, and as such, the UE may drop respective transmissions of the uplink messages on the unavailable resources.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a prioritization rule that indicates a relative priority for different uplink communications included in a group of uplink communications, wherein the group of uplink communications includes at least a first uplink communication and a second uplink communication to be transmitted by the UE using time-division multiplexing during a make-before-break handover procedure. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on the prioritization rule, the first uplink communication to a target base station and the second uplink communication to a source base station using time-division multiplexing during the make-before-break handover procedure. Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide apparatuses, methods, processing systems, and computer readable mediums for retransmitting a random access channel (RACH) message, for example, based on parameters for initial RACH transmission. For example, a user equipment (UE) transmits an initial transmission of an uplink RACH message with repetition. The UE receives a downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a retransmission of the uplink RACH message with repetition. The UE determines parameters for the retransmission of the uplink RACH message with repetition based, at least in part, on parameters for the initial transmission of the uplink RACH message with repetition. The UE retransmits the uplink RACH message to the network entity with repetition in accordance with the determined parameters.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support reduced bandwidth devices and particularly, allocation of control resource sets for reduced bandwidths. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, from a base station at a user equipment (UE) having a first type, a master information block (MIB) within a physical broadcast channel (PBCH). The MIB includes CORESET size information and search space information for devices having a second type. The method also includes selecting a CORESET size from a plurality of preconfigured CORESET sizes based on a subcarrier spacing used to communicate with the base station. The method further includes monitoring a set of time and frequency resources to receive a message from the base station. The set of time and frequency resources has the selected CORESET size. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for multi-slot transport block transmission for multiple transmission reception points (multi-TRP). A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving scheduling for at least one transport block to be transmitted across a plurality of slots.
