    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some cases, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a report indicating a capability of the UE to support symbol level quantization, slot level quantization, or both. The UE may identify that the UE is to utilize the slot level quantization For instance, the UE may receive control signaling indicating that the UE is to utilize slot level quantization and may perform the identifying based on receiving the control signaling The UE may receive a first transmission via a first channel and may communicate, responsive to receiving the first transmission, a second transmission via a second channel at a quantized start timing determined in accordance with the slot level quantization.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for harvesting radio frequency (RF) energy based on an energy harvesting EH indication signal. A transmitting device such as a base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), an EH indication signal that indicates a time period when radio frequency (RF) energy is to be available. The UE may receive the EH indication signal and harvest RF energy from the RF signal during the time period. The transmitting device may transmit an RF signal to the UE or another UE during the time period. The UE may receive a wake up indication indicating a second time period to monitor a control channel. The UE may split power between energy harvesting and receiving RF signals during the second time period.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a satellite-based non-terrestrial network configures multiple preconfigured uplink resources (PURs) for a user equipment (UE). The PURs may be configured one PUR per beam, one PUR per cell, or one PUR for multiple cells. A serving cell of the UE and one or more cells adjacent to the serving cell may each have an associated PUR. The UE selects one of the multiple PURs and sends a transmission using the selected PUR without the UE have a connection to the network. The network sends an ACK in response to the transmission. Either the UE or the network can specify that the UE is to transmit using a first PUR and receive the ACK on a second PUR. The UE can specify when and which PUR to use in the transmission and the network can specify when and which PUR to use in the ACK.
