    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for mobility-aware access control. A method that may be performed by a first wireless device generally includes receiving one or more signals from a second wireless device in the network, wherein the one or more signals provide an indication of a mobility state corresponding to the second wireless device; determining whether to establish a connection with the second wireless device based, at least in part, on the indication of the mobility state corresponding to the second wireless device; and taking one or more actions based on the determination. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for providing channel state information associated with sidelink air interfaces. A method that may be performed by a first wireless node (e.g., a user equipment) includes receiving, from a base station, a reference signal (RS) configuration indicating one or more sidelink resource sets and transmitting, to one or more second wireless nodes, one or more sidelink reference signals based at least in part on the RS configuration. The method also includes receiving one or more feedback reports from the one or more second wireless nodes, wherein each of the feedback reports includes an ordered sequence of at least one parameter associated with a sidelink channel quality of the sidelink reference signals. The method further includes forwarding the one or more feedback reports to the base station.

    Abstract: According to an example, a method of wireless communication comprises receiving a group wake-up signal configuration corresponding to a group of UEs that share a wake-up signal associated with a discontinuous reception operation, wherein the group wake-up signal configuration identifies a set of wake-up parameters for at least one of the wake-up signal or the discontinuous reception operation. The method further includes transmitting a wake-up configuration update triggering message, receiving a group wake-up signal configuration update message including at least one new wake-up parameter, and performing the discontinuous reception operation based on the at least one new wake-up parameter. A corresponding method of wireless communication at a base station is also described.

    Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to determining symbols over which to transmit repetitions for certain types of communications. A resource grant can include information for transmitting a number of repetitions over a collection of resources, such as a starting symbol over which to transmit communications, a number of symbols over which to transmit communications, and/or a nominal number of repetitions to transmit. Where time division multiplexing (TDM) communications are configured, a slot format indicator (SFI) can be semi-statically or dynamically configured and can indicate a communication direction of symbols within one or more slots as being uplink, downlink, or flexible. Thus, mapping uplink communications to the symbols may be based on additional considerations.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for enabling repetitive transmissions for low latency systems is disclosed. For example, a base station may determine whether an uplink coverage parameter for a UE communicating with the network entity on an uplink communication channel satisfies an uplink coverage threshold, and transmit an activation message for repetition-based uplink communications to the UE based on a determination that the uplink coverage parameter for the UE communicating with the network entity on the uplink communication channel satisfies the uplink coverage threshold. Further, a UE may receive an activation message for repetition-based uplink communications from a network entity, and perform repetitive transmissions on the uplink communication channel for the duration indicated by the one or more transmission parameters in the activation message, the repetitive transmissions being configured based on the uplink sTTI pattern.
