Abstract: A method of wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network node, a message indicating slots for transmitting a transport block on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The method also includes segmenting the transport block into code blocks. The method further includes encoding the code blocks to produce encoded code blocks. Each code block may be encoded at a coding path from a group of coding paths associated with a coding chain. The method still further includes transmitting the encoded code blocks in the slots on the PUSCH.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to communicating uplink control information. In an aspect, a first device receives from a second device configuration information including an indication to transmit uplink control information via a primary component carrier (PCC) or a given secondary component carrier (SCC) of at least one SCC in a slot. The first device also receives from the second device mapping information indicating an enabled spatial relation information configured for the PCC or the given SCC for transmitting the uplink control information. Thereafter, the first device identifies the enabled spatial relation information from the mapping information and transmits to the second device the uplink control information on the PCC or the given SCC in the slot based on the indication included in the configuration information, the enabled spatial relation information, and an uplink resource mapped to the enabled spatial relation information.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a system information block (SIB) that indicates a selected set of message repetition numbers from a plurality of sets of message repetition numbers. The UE may receive, from the base station, a bit field in a random access response (RAR) or downlink control information (DCI) that indicates a selected message repetition number from the selected set of message repetition numbers indicated in the SIB. The UE may transmit, to the base station, a message during a random access procedure based at least in part on the selected message repetition number. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) scheduling transmission of a first one or more physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) communications on a first component carrier and a second one or more PUCCH communications on a second component carrier, wherein the DCI includes information identifying a first transmit power configuration for the first one or more PUCCH communications and a second transmit power configuration for the second one or more PUCCH communications. The UE may transmit the first one or more PUCCH communications in accordance with the first transmit power configuration and the second one or more PUCCH communications in accordance with the second transmit power configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, during a first state, a configuration of a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource or SRS resource set, obtains an association between the SRS resource or SRS resource set and a group of random access channel (RACH) resources, and transmits, while outside the first state, a group of RACH signals using transmission properties based on the association between the SRS resource or SRS resource set and the group of RACH resources, wherein the group of RACH resources spans a plurality of adjacent frequency resources over a single time resource, or the group or RACH resources spans the plurality of adjacent frequency resources over a plurality of time resources.

Abstract: Example aspects include a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) of a wireless communication network, comprising receiving, from a base station, configuration information indicating that physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) joint channel estimation (JCE) is enabled for a plurality of PDCCH monitoring occasions. The aspects further include receiving, from the base station, a plurality of PDCCH transmissions. At least one PDCCH transmission comprises a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARD) acknowledgement (ACK) request without a corresponding physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) grant. Additionally, the aspects further include identifying a base offset according to the at least one PDCCH transmission. Additionally, the aspects further include selecting an additional offset according to a processing time capability of the UE. Additionally, the aspects further include transmitting, at a timing offset in relation to the plurality of PDCCH transmissions, a HARQ-ACK.
