    摘要: A utility vehicle includes a frame, a power source, and a plurality of steerable structures. Ground engaging members are connected to the steerable structures. An operator seating area includes a steering control and a speed control. Controllers receive input from the steering control and the speed control. Motors drive the ground engaging members at different speeds and in different directions. A controller integrates a steering input with a speed input to effect rotation of the steerable structures and effect rotation of the ground engaging members. The steering control, speed control, controllers, steerable structures, and motors are configured to work together to control the rotational speed of all of the ground engaging members based upon a steering angle input and the lateral side the ground engaging member is connected to. Other examples include braking mechanisms, adjustable track width, and a sealed tubular frame.

    摘要: A ride-on vehicle is provided that has drive and spin functionalities. The ride-on vehicle comprises a first motor for a first drive wheel, and a second motor for a second drive wheel. The vehicle has a steering wheel having a go selector and a spin selector. A sensor obtains an output of the angular rotation location of the steering wheel. A controller is electrically connected to the first and second motors, the go selector, the spin selector, and the steering wheel sensor, wherein engaging the go selector and turning the steering wheel causes the vehicle to move forward, left or right, depending on the angular location of the steering wheel, and wherein engaging the spin selector and turning the steering wheel causes the vehicle to spin left or spin right, depending on the angular location of the steering wheel. The vehicle may also be controlled remotely by a remote control.

The support frame may be an integral structure rotatably connected to the two pedal devices. The two pedal devices each may include a pedal foot board and a first position sensor. The first position sensor may be mounted between the pedal foot board and the support frame, and configured to detect stress information of the pedal device. The controller may be configured to control the driving device to drive the two wheels to move or turn based on the stress information of the pedal devices.

    摘要: A vehicle drive and control system includes an input shaft driven by a prime mover and extending into a housing to drive a generator. An electric motor powered by the generator drives an output axle, which may be a single axle extending out one side of the housing, or a through shaft extending through the electric motor and out both sides of the housing. The input shaft may be parallel to the axle. A generator controller is configured to back-drive the generator when certain predetermined conditions are met. A motor controller may control an output of the motor based on input received via an operator control device, and the motor controller is configured to operate the motor as a generator under certain operating conditions. The transaxle includes a common housing in which the power generator, the motor, and controllers for the generator and electric motor are disposed.

    摘要: A linkage adjustment system adapted to adjust a linkage, and a vehicle incorporating the same. In one embodiment, the linkage adjustment system adjusts a linkage operatively connecting an input (e.g., operator control lever of a lawn mower) to an output (e.g., drive system of a first drive wheel associated with a first (e.g., left) side of the mower). An adjustment device may adjust the linkage so that the first drive wheel rotates at the same speed as a second drive wheel (e.g., on the right side of the mower) when the control levers associated with both drive wheels are in a maximum forward position. A range setting arm of the system may adjust the total output of the first drive wheel (total forward and reverse output) to match the total output of the second drive wheel.
