摘要: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for subscription-based notifications of events in enterprise systems. A plurality of notification message delivery channels for delivery of one or more notification messages to one or more user devices is identified. The notification messages are received from one or more software applications and correspond to one or more events associated with the software applications. A first notification message delivery channel is selected from the plurality of notification message delivery channels for delivery of the received notification messages based on one or more subscriptions associated with the user devices to the events. The subscriptions are configured using one or more subscription preferences received from the user devices. The received notification messages are transmitted to the user devices using the selected first notification message delivery channel.

摘要: Users of personalized messaging systems can encounter message fatigue, thereby reducing the efficacy of a message on its intended recipient. Message fatigue can result in wasted computational resources and bandwidth as messages transmitted over a network to the user's client device are not acted upon at the client device. For applications involving desired user interactions and responses, personalized messaging can be a tool to achieve user engagement targets. The systems and methods presented herein may address several of the technical challenges with personalized messaging.

Computer circuit executes an algorithm to assess possible poor call quality sources based on types of call quality metrics are common a set of one or more parsed endpoints from among the set of endpoints, and this involves a diagnostic test involving the at least one of the certain parsed endpoints for assessment of the possible poor call quality sources, and generating data specific to the types of call quality metrics. In response, the data-processing computing circuit indicates one of the plurality of possible poor call quality sources as being more likely, than other of the plurality of possible poor call quality sources, to be causing the at least one data communications problem.

摘要: Described are examples for providing fine-grained real-time pre-emption of codelets based on a runtime threshold. A controller inserts checkpoints into extended Berkeley packet filter (eBPF) bytecode of a third-party codelet prior to verification of the third-party codelet. A device executes the codelet at a hook point of an application. The inserted checkpoints determine a runtime of the codelet. The device terminates the codelet in response to the runtime exceeding a threshold. The application can be a virtualized radio access network (vRAN) network function and the codelet can control the vRAN function or export network metrics. The application may be executed in a container management system that modifies a container for the application to mount code including a function associated with the hook point of the application to the container; detect an annotation for the container that identifies the codelet; and symbolically links the codelet to the hook point.

The notification throttling system obtains a set of priorities for multiple applications that are installed on the electronic device and are enabled for alerting the user via notifications. The set of priorities specifies a relative importance of each particular application among the multiple applications. The notification throttling system throttles application alerts presented by the user device for notifications generated by the applications based on the relative importance of each particular application as specified by the set of priorities.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for transferring state between devices. In one implementation, a gestural input is detected, and a state of a source application is transferred from a first device to a second device in response to the gestural input. The second device may then generate an instance of a target application that corresponds to a representation of the state of the source application received from the first device. In an additional implementation, a state of the target application is transferred from the second device to the first device. The first device then updates a state of the source application to correspond to a representation of the state of the target application received from the second device.
