摘要: A computerized method for optimizing cloud application performance, including the step of monitoring of a cloud application. The method includes the step of building a full-stack view of the cloud application. The method includes the step of providing an application model. The method includes the step of mapping one or more cloud application performance needs to a set of cloud-resources based on the application model. The method includes the step of detecting a performance problem with the cloud application. The method includes the step of dynamically adjusting a specified layer of the cloud application to meet an application performance SLO. The method includes the step of, as cloud resources are consumed, determining a real-time aggregate cost for a specified application operation.

摘要: There is provided a method for network management. Transmission of a request for performance of a management task on the network is initiated towards a second entity (20), which is configured to manage network slices of the network. The request comprises information identifying a first network slice (40) of the network and a first programming construct executable to cause the second entity (20) to identify one or more second network slices of the network that are supporting the first network slice (40) and/or one or more first network nodes (60) of the network supporting the first network slice (40). The request comprises a second programming construct executable to cause the second entity (20) to select the first network slice (40), one or more identified second network slices, and/or one or more identified first network nodes (60), on which to perform the management task.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method, executed by an NFV-MANO, for providing a requested Service Availability Level (SAL) for a Network Service (NS). The method comprises at each of a plurality of layers of the NFV-MANO, mapping the requested SAL to a SAL that needs to be provided by a lower layer of the NFV-MANO. The method comprises propagating the mapped requested SAL through interfaces between layers of the NFV-MANO, from an NFVO towards a VIM. The method comprises receiving an estimated SAL′ for the NS based on virtual resources (VR) allocated by the VIM for satisfying the requested SAL. The method comprises, upon determining that the estimated SAL′ does not satisfy the requested SAL, taking actions to meet the requested SAL, or upon determining that the estimated SAL′ satisfies the requested SAL taking no further actions.

摘要: A server of an on-premises data center used for a software platform identifies a condition impacting real-time communication services at a premises housing devices accessing the software platform. The server transmits, to a device of an administrator associated with the premises via a messaging application for real-time communication between two or more human-operated devices, a message indicating the condition and including one or more selectable elements each associated with a different action for addressing the condition. The server receives an indication of a selectable element selected from amongst the one or more selectable elements at the device of the administrator. The server causes performance of the action associated with the selected selectable element.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for trigger-based control loop state transition. One apparatus includes a processor that enables at least one trigger for a control loop of a control system of a mobile wireless communication network in response to a request from an assurance control loop consumer (“ACLC”) and associates the at least one trigger with at least one control loop state transition such that the at least one control loop state transition is activated in response to the at least one trigger being triggered.
