    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a liquid composition comprising a functionalized π-conjugated polythiophenes, comprising the process steps of i) providing a liquid phase comprising a) thiophene monomers of the general formula (I) wherein X,Y are identical or different and are O, S, or NR1, wherein R1 is hydrogen or an aliphatic or aromatic residue having 1 to 18 carbon atoms; A is organic residue carrying an anionic functional group; b) an oxidizing agent; and c) a solvent; ii) oxidatively polymerizing the thiophene monomers of the general formula (I) to obtain a liquid composition comprising functionalized π-conjugated polythiophenes; wherein (α1) the pH of the liquid phase provided in process step i) is adjusted to a value below 7.0, wherein the pH is determined at a temperature of 20° C.; and (α2) the chloride content of the liquid phase provided in process step i) is less than 10000 ppm, based on the total weight of the liquid phase. The present invention also relates to the liquid composition obtainable by this process, to a liquid composition comprising a functionalized π-conjugated polythiophene, wherein the com-position is characterized by a certain ratio of mass average molecular weight Mw and the molar average molecular weight Mn of the functionalized π-conjugated polythiophene, to a liquid composition comprising a functionalized π-conjugated polythiophene, wherein the functionalized π-conjugated polythiophene comprises different repeating units in a defined amount, to a process for the preparation of such a liquid composition, to a process for the preparation of a capacitor in which these liquid compositions are used for the formation of the solid electrolyte, to a capacitor obtainable by this process and to the use of the liquid compositions for the preparation of a conductive layer.

The forming of the solid electrolyte layer includes: forming a first conductive polymer layer on the dielectric layer, applying a first treatment liquid to the first conductive polymer layer, and forming a second conductive polymer layer after the applying of the first treatment liquid. The first conductive polymer layer includes a first conductive polymer. The first treatment liquid contains a first compound and a solvent. The first compound has a skeleton of naphthalene or anthraquinone, and includes at least one SO3-containing group bonded to the skeleton. The at least one SO3-containing group is at least one selected from a group consisting of a sulfonic acid group and a sulfonate group.

    摘要: An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element and an electrolyte solution. The capacitor element includes an anode foil, a cathode foil opposite to the anode foil, and a conductive polymer layer disposed between the anode foil and the cathode foil. A dielectric layer is formed on the anode foil. An inorganic layer is formed on the cathode foil. The conductive polymer layer includes a conductive polymer. The inorganic layer has a surface having projections and recesses. The projections form a region where the inorganic layer is in contact with the conductive polymer layer and the recesses form a region where the inorganic layer is not in contact with the conductive polymer layer. A proportion of water in the electrolyte solution ranges from 0.1% by mass to 6.0% by mass, inclusive.

The oxide layer is formed on the outer surface of the metal foil to entirely enclose the metal foil. The polymer composite layer is formed on the oxide layer to partially enclose the oxide layer. The silver paste layer is directly formed on the polymer composite layer to directly enclose the polymer composite layer. The oxide layer and the polymer composite layer are connected with each other to form a first connection interface between the oxide layer and the polymer composite layer. The polymer composite layer and the silver paste layer are connected with each other without a carbon paste layer to form a second connection interface between the polymer composite layer and the silver paste layer.

    摘要: A hermetically sealed polymer capacitor and a method of forming the same are disclosed. The method preferably includes dispensing an amount of conductive paste inside a case and inserting one or more capacitor elements into the conductive paste. The conductive paste may surround sides of the one or more capacitor elements. Optionally, a bushing may be placed on the one or more capacitor elements. The bushing may have one or more holes that allow one or more positive leads coupled to the one or more capacitor elements to pass through. A cover is preferably welded to the opening of the case. The capacitor assembly is preferably dried to evacuate moisture from inside the case. The one or more positive leads are preferably welded to one or more metal tubes of a glass to metal seal (GTMS) in the cover to seal the capacitor assembly.

    摘要: A capacitor that is capable of exhibiting good properties under humid conditions is provided. The ability to perform under such conditions is due in part to selective control over the particular nature of the solid electrolyte and cathode coating that overlies the solid electrolyte. For example, the solid electrolyte contains pre-polymerized conductive polymer particles, which can help act as a blocking layer for any silver ions migrating through the capacitor. Likewise, the cathode coating also contains conductive metal particles (e.g., silver particles) that are dispersed within a resinous matrix. The resinous matrix includes a polymer that absorbs only a small amount of water, if any, when placed in a humid atmosphere.
