    摘要: The invention proposes a hoisting-cable drive for a mobile crane, which hoisting-cable drive uses a single bottom-hook block (15) instead of a known double bottom-hook block. However, to prevent this single bottom-hook block (15) from tilting in the two cable lines (9, 10), for example due to possible variations in the elongation of the two cable drives, the hoisting-cable drive according to the invention comprises a kinematic force equilibrium device (17, 21), which can equalize such differences. To this effect, another embodiment of the hoisting-cable drive according to the invention uses a hoisting-cable load pickup (21) within each cable line arrangement so that the rotary speed of the winches (7, 8) can be varied, taking into account any load differences in the individual hoisting-cable lines (9, 10). Furthermore, the invention also proposes that the rotary speed of the winches (7, 8) be adjusted, taking into account the geometric winch states and crane states.

    摘要: This invention generally relates to a cable recovery device for use on bo a surface ship. The invention compensates for excessive tensions arising in cables carrying submerged loads which are caused by the swell of the ocean acting on the ship, and controls the tension at which the cable is wound. The invention includes a cable winding drum which is rotationally driven by a variable-speed motor, a loop-shaped cable passageway which circumscribes the drum which forms a loop of cable of varying length, and a means for sensing the length of said cable loop and for automatically controlling the speed of the variable speed motor in response thereto. The loop of cable of varying length compensates for excessive cable tensions resulting from the swell of the ship, and allows the cable to be wound around the drum at a desired uniform tension.

    摘要: A mooring winch system in which automatic mooring duty is performed by a winch having an AC motor fed from the supply via a converter which includes a DC to AC inverter, the convertor producing a balanced three-phase square, quasi-square, sinusoidal or quasi-sinusoidal output. The motor thus can stall indefinitely, be driven in the sense of rope payout by tension force in the mooring rope, or run in the opposite sense to recover rope, without exceeding its rated temperature for that duty. Rope recovery is adequate both for normal duties and also where higher speeds of recovery are required and rope tension is maintained substantially constant throughout.

The transmission is regulatable to an actuation position in which a desired tension is established in the hawser from the winch drum on exposure of a desired length of the hawser.
