摘要: A touch display device is provided in some embodiments of the present disclosure, including a transparent cover, a patterned touch sensing film layer, a light-shielding layer, and a UV-blocking layer. The patterned touch sensing film layer covers a first surface of the transparent cover. The light-shielding layer is located between the transparent cover and the patterned touch sensing film layer. The UV-blocking layer prevents UV from irradiating the light-shielding layer. The UV-blocking layer is located between the light-shielding layer and the patterned touch sensing film layer and covers the light-shielding layer. A method of forming a touch display device is also provided. The touch display device and formation method thereof provided in some embodiments avoid the injury of the light-shielding layer caused by the laser by disposing of the UV-blocking layer in the single-side electrode structure, which replaces the wet etching steps and decreases the cost of the etching steps.

a laser light source (30) for providing a thermal laser beam (34) for evaporating one or more materials (22) from a source (20);

a vacuum chamber (12);
a vacuum window (14) for conducting the thermal laser beam (34) into the vacuum chamber (12); and

Further, the present invention is related to a method of providing a thermal laser beam (34) at a source (20) in order to evaporate one or more materials (22) from the source (20); the method comprising the steps of:
providing a thermal laser beam (34);
directing the thermal laser beam (34) via a thermal laser beam shaping system (40) comprising a collimation lens (42), a shaping device (60) and a focusing lens (44) into a vacuum chamber (12) comprising a vacuum window (12) for conducting the thermal laser beam (34) into the vacuum chamber (12) and through an aperture (16) arranged within the vacuum chamber (12) at the source (20).-

The lasers are in network communication with the controller. The controller can send a first instruction set, having a first language, to a first laser, and a second instruction set, having a second language different from the first language, to a second laser, the first laser associated with a first conveyor of multiple conveyors, and the second laser associated with a second conveyor different from the first conveyor. During operation, the first laser applies a marking to a first product as the first product is conveyed along the first conveyor, based on the first instruction set. Also during operation, the second laser applies the marking to a second product as the second product is conveyed along the second conveyor, based on the second instruction set.

摘要: A pulsed laser printing module for a contact lens, comprises a steel mold, a pulsed laser device and a forming case. The steel mold is configured for transferring pigment. The pulsed laser device is configured for transmitting ultrashort laser pulses having pulse time widths less than 10−9 seconds. The ultrashort laser pulses etch the surface of the steel mold to remove a coating of the steel mold to form an etched layer. The forming case has a lower member and an upper member. The lower member is a concavity, and an inner surface of the lower member is provided with a lower curved surface. The upper member is provided with a protrusion corresponding to the lower member, and an outer surface of the protrusion is provided with an upper curved surface corresponding to the lower curved surface. The protrusion is capable of being placed in a concavity of the lower member to form a gap between the lower curved surface and the upper curved surface.

摘要: A dental appliance having an integrally formed reservoir and/or an ornamental design integrated thereon. The ornamental design can be selected or customized by a patient. The design can be created by directing energy to the dental appliance to alter a material property of at least a portion of the appliance to create the design. Alternatively, a groove or recess can be formed on a surface of the appliance to either mechanically retain an ornamental design or the groove or recess can be filled with ink to form the design. The appliance, including the integrally formed reservoir, can be formed using direct fabrication techniques.

摘要: A mount system and method of manufacture for e.g. a machine vision camera is disclosed. The mount system comprises a rectangular base, a lower clamp disc, an upper clamp disc, a tilting plate, an expansion clamp, and an O-ring. The expansion clamp comprises a tapered head screw and an expandable mandrel, both typically made of stainless steel. The mount system facilitates improved machine vision by enabling effective mounting of machine vision cameras in smaller spaces and/or spaces requiring unusual angles and intricate positioning. The mount system is also advantageous in inhospitable environments having harsh environmental factors. The mount system is also easier for machine vision personnel to learn and understand.
