Abstract: A bonding endcap for use in connection with a bracket assembly for establishing an equipotential plane in a cable runway includes a spring clip and a bonding lug. The spring clip is made from an electrically conductive material and has two side walls that extend forward from a rear wall. The bonding lug is made from an electrically conductive material and includes a contact portion and a side arm extending at each side of the contact portion. The spring clip is positionable within a channel of a cable runway rail. The contact portion of the bonding lug is receivable between the side walls of the spring clip to deflect the side walls and establish an electrical bonding connection from the cable runway rail, through the spring clip, and to the bonding lug.

A fastened component (nut 5) disposed in the casing 1 and to be fastened to a fastening component (bolt B), the mating terminal 4, the intermediate terminal 30 and the terminal 40 are arranged side by side in a fastening direction, and the terminal 40 and the mating terminal 4 are connected via the intermediate terminal 30 by being collectively fastened by the fastening component and the fastened component.

Abstract: A conductive fastener system for connecting a composite structure to a support structure includes a composite structure hole that extends through the composite structure and shares a common axis with a support structure hole that extends at least partially through the support structure. A fastener comprising a shank having an outer surface passes through the composite structure hole and at least partially through the support structure hole and provides an annular space between the outer surface of the shank and the inner surface of the composite structure hole. The annular space is filled with a conductive paste that comprises conductive particles suspended in a bonding agent.
