The burner includes a burner assembly and a large transparent door for viewing various components of the burner assembly and/or an integral pilot system. The burner can also include a windbox to manipulate air used by the burner assembly and/or an air manipulation device to ensure a proper air flow distribution in the burner assembly. The burner can also include a fan and a housing having holes disposed therein to permit fuel to enter various portions of the burner assembly.

    摘要: The invention has its object to arbitrarily adjust an amount of particles to be circulated without changing a flow rate of a gasification agent to thereby enhance gasification efficiency in a fluidized bed gasification furnace.The fluidized bed gasification furnace 107 comprises first and second chambers 113 and 114 in communication with each other in a fluidized bed 105. The hot particles 102 separated in the separator 104 and raw material M are introduced into the first chamber 113. The particles 102 introduced from the first chamber 113 through interior in the fluidized bed 105 to the second chamber 114 are supplied in an overflow manner to the fluidized bed combustion furnace 100. A first pressure controller 121 is provided to control the resultant gas induction means 116 such that the pressure in the first chamber 113 is kept to preset pressure 120; and a second pressure controller 124 is provided to control the exhaust gas induction means 118 such that difference between pressure in the first and second chambers 113 and 114 is equal to the preset differential pressure 123, so that the fluidized bed 105 in the first chamber 113 is controlled in height to control an amount of particles 102 to be circulated.

    摘要: A circulating fluidized bed reactor includes a reactor chamber, at least one duct connected with the reactor chamber for drawing off a flue gas having entrained solid particles from the reactor chamber, at least one cyclone separator that is connected with the duct for separating solid particles from the flue gas, at least one recirculation device for recirculating at least a portion of the separated solid particles from the cyclone separator into the reactor chamber. The recirculation device comprises a siphon-trap gas seal including a riser having first and second outlet openings on the circumference proximate to the upper end, the first and second outlet openings pointing substantially in the direction of the reactor chamber. The recirculation device also comprises a device for fluidizing the portion of the separated solid particles and a device for connecting each opening of the gas seal riser with the reactor chamber.

    摘要: As electronic programmable valve positioning linkage for a burner used in a hot mix asphalt plant is associated with fuel, air and optionally flue gas recirculation valve motors. To avoid an undesired rich condition which might result in an explosive condition, the linkage employs a program logic which changes a valve position, depending on increase or decrease of the burner output, in response to a temperature controller and thereby maintain an acceptable lean condition. The air valve motor is controlled by the temperature controller when burner output is to be increased with the fuel valve motor following the air valve motor, and the fuel valve motor is controlled when the burner output is to be decreased with the air valve motor following the fuel valve motor. In conjunction with the linkage, a mass flow system can be provided to calculate fuel/air and/or flue gas recirculation ratios based upon measurement of air flow, fuel flow and flue gas flow. In such a mass flow system, the linkage acts as a backup for maintenance purposes and the like.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for recovering heat from solid particles in a fluidized bed reactor, utilize a heat transfer chamber, having heat transfer surfaces disposed therein. Hot solid particles are continuously fed into the heat transfer chamber and gas is introduced into and discharged from the heat transfer chamber. Gas is introduced into the heat transfer chamber for controlling the flow of solid particles therein. The heat transfer chamber is divided into at least one heat transfer zone and at least one solid particle transport zone, by providing more heat transfer surfaces in the heat transfer zones (e.g. 90% or more of the total heat transfer area) than in the solid particle transport zones. The heat transfer is controlled by introducing separately controlled flows of gas into the heat transfer zones and the solid particle transport zones.
