摘要： A device for emptying flexible or rigid containers having flexible discharge stubs for in bulk goods where the discharge stubs are sealable by being tied shut and always issue into the emptying device from where the in bulk goods are conveyed out by partial vacuum or free fall. The emptying device (6) consists of an upright cylindrical housing (7) having an outside diameter less than the inside diameter of the discharge stub (4). This housing, when connected, is spanned by the discharge stub (4). At least two jaws (10) which when closed are spaced away from the housing wall are provided to which are mounted at least one elastic belt, a cord (11) or the like which in the closed state of the jaws (10) rests while prestressed over the entire periphery of the housing (7) against the discharge stub (4) spanning the housing (7).

摘要： A transfer device is designed for contamination-protected transfer of flowable process material between a first container and a second container. The transfer device includes a guide tube having an axial passage for the flow of the process material, which has a connection at one end and terminates with a tube edge at the other end. A transfer unit opens into the guide tube, which allows engagement with the guide tube. A tubular liner supply having a plurality of peelable useful sections, each provided with a first crimp, is stored on the transfer unit. The useful sections can be used to isolate liner remnants from previous transfer operations for disposal. A first tensioner and a second tensioner are arranged circularly on the guide tube and concentrically to each other, which serve for temporary sealed fixing of residual ends and open ends of new liner pieces originating from inner liners from the second containers.

摘要： Disclosed are a cooking material dispensing system and dispensing method. The dispensing method comprises the following steps: setting a material bag (9) clamping station in a position near a cooking pot opening but outside the range of the pot opening, and clamping the material bag (9) containing a cooking material at the material bag (9) clamping station; confining the material bag (9), such that the material bag (9) is kept in a clamped state to control the deformation thereof during the dispensing procedure; flipping and/or tipping the material bag (9), and when in a position near the cooking pot opening, dispensing the cooking material in the material bag (9) into the cooking pot; and once the cooking material has been dispensed, shifting the material bag (9) from the range of the cooking pot opening and releasing the clamping of the material bag (9). The cooking material dispensing system comprises a dispensing device capable of clamping, confining, and transferring the material bag (9) and flipping the opened material bag and/or tipping the cooking material into the cooking pot. The dispensing system and dispensing method take a material packaged in the material bag (9) and can accurately move the material bag (9) into the dispensing position, making the cooking process convenient, fast and simple, and the entire process will not be contaminated.
