摘要： A method for contamination-free docking of a first at least partially flexible receptacle to a second at least partially flexible receptacle. The receptacles include, at least in part, films having outer sides that can be solidly welded, and inner sides can be detachably welded. According to the described system, a solid connection between the receptacles is produced outside the detachably welded inner sides in order to create a channel between the receptacles. The channel is opened by loosening the connection between the inner sides.

Furthermore the invention is directed at an apparatus for performing the process.

摘要： An apparatus and method are used for emptying a container in a hygienic (preferably aseptic), for example, aseptic manner. In one embodiment, the device comprises a housing having a first aperture that opens to a first internal chamber and a second aperture that opens to a second internal chamber. The second internal chamber is generally hygienic and opens to a hygienic storage tank or the like at the second aperture. A sealing member is disposed about the first aperture for sealing the container to be emptied over the first aperture. A sterilizing apparatus is provided for rendering the first internal chamber generally hygienic when the container has been sealed over the first aperture. A chamber separating mechanism is utilized to selectively provide fluid communication between, the first and second internal chambers. A cutting member is operable to cut the container in the area of the first aperture to thereby allow the container to be emptied into the first internal chamber.

摘要： A discharge bulk bag that increases the efficiency for handling, storing, transporting and discharging dry materials in intermediate bulk containers. When filled with dry bulk material, the bulk bag can be easily moved about, transported or stored. A flexible discharge spout is located on the bottom side of one of the walls of the bag. At the time of discharge, the bag is positioned on the unloader and the spout is unfolded from its stowed position by releasing one of the restraint straps. The outlet opening at the end of the discharge spout is then connected to a receptacle opening. By releasing the bottom most restraint strap, the spout section opens up--allowing the bulk material inside to flow. The bulk material will continue to flow until it reaches a static condition, at which time the platform of the unloader begins to incline--dumping the remaining material in the bag towards the outlet opening. The flow from the bag is facilitated by a platform that provides an inflatable bladder that can incline the support platform, dumping the material towards the discharge spout and receptacle. The lifting platform is inclined by using low pressure air (1-2 PSI) to inflate the air bag positioned between the lifting platform and the unloader's base frame. Vertical supports are located on the base frame and lifting platform to hold the bulk bag in place during the discharge or unloading cycle. The platform can also be adapted by eliminating the vertical supports so that it can used directly from a standard fork lift truck.
