When a biosensor chip 1 is connected to the biosensor measurement machine 20 and a voltage is applied, the measurement instrument begins the measurement of a current value for a biosensor. When a measured current value or a measured charge value is greater than a reference value, the measurement is ended in accordance with an instruction issued by the controller 24, and when the value is smaller than the reference value, the measurement is continued in accordance with a controller instruction.

    摘要: It is intended to provide a biosensor chip capable of rapid and correct measurement, including a reaction chamber that enables a measurement of a very small amount of a measurement sample and has a small capacity and potassium ferricyanide having a very small crystal particle size disposed in the reaction chamber.In a biosensor chip 1, electrodes 3 and 4 are disposed on the lower substrate 2, and lower spacer 5 (7 and 8) is adhered on the electrodes 3 and 4. An upper spacer 11 (12 and 13) is adhered to an upper substrate 15, and a lower spacer 5 is attached to the upper spacer 11 by and adhesive agent 10. A lower groove 9 is formed between long and short lower spacers 7 and 8, and an upper groove 14 is formed between long and short spacers 12 and 13, so that a reaction chamber 17 is formed by the upper and lower grooves 9 and 14. A capacity of the reaction chamber is 0.3 μL, and an enzyme 18 and potassium ferricyanide are disposed in the reaction chamber 17 in such a fashion as to oppose to each other with a gap being defined therebetween. A crystal particle diameter of the potassium ferricyanide is 100 μm or less, and amount of the potassium ferricyanide is V×0.1 mg or more when the capacity of the reaction chamber 17 is V.

The detector protrusion and the index protrusion are equal in width.

    摘要: In an actuating apparatus applicable to an actuation of a valve installed in an intake air passage of an internal combustion engine, a first magnetic circuit (D.sub.1) is formed with a stationary member (A) and with a part of a driven member (B), the driven member being disposed within the stationary member so as to be linearly or angularly displaced, and a second magnetic circuit (D.sub.2) is formed in the stationary member and another part of the driven member so as to be branched from the first magnetic circuit, a strength of a magnetic flux flowing through the second magnetic circuit being the same as that of a magnetic flux flowing through the first magnetic circuit and a direction of the magnetic flux flowing through the second magnetic circuit being opposite to that of the magnetic flux flowing through the first magnetic circuit. Under the condition described above, at least one new magnetic flux is generated by means of electromagnetic coil(s), a direction of the new magnetic flux being such that the magnetic flux flowing through either of the first or second magnetic circuit is strengthened and that flowing through the other of the first or second magnetic circuit is weakened so that the driven member is linearly or angularly displaced at a position at which strengths of both magnetic fluxes flowing through the first and second magnetic circuits become again balanced.

    摘要: An AT-cut crystal oscillating reed formed by etching an AT-cut crystal wafer is provided. The wafer has a rotational parallel cut obtained by rotating a parallel cut by an angular degree of .theta..degree. relative to the X-axis of the wafer. The etching cross-section of the AT-cut crystal oscillating reed has a surface at an angle about 90.degree. from the front or back surface of the AT-cut crystal oscillating reed. This AT-cut crystal oscillating reed exhibits uniform characteristics and excellent reliability. Also provided is an AT-cut crystal oscillating reed with a low CI value. Finally, a method of etching an AT-cut crystal oscillating reed from an AT-cut crystal wafer is provided. A corrosion resisting film with gaps coats the wafer and is used in the etching process. In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the wafer is designated t, the width of the gaps in the corrosion resisting films is designated l, and l.gtoreq.t/tan .theta.. The corrosion resisting film may be metal and may be formed into electrodes after the crystal oscillating reed is etched. In this manner, crystal oscillating reeds may be mass produced at a relatively low cost.
