    摘要: Hydrogen gas from an generator (1) is occluded in a hydrogen recovery container (20), thereafter, in the initial stage during which hydrogen gas is released from the hydrogen recovery container (20), initially purged hydrogen gas containing much amount of impure gas is introduced from the hydrogen recovery container (20) to a gas tank (2) and saved therein, then, hydrogen gas having high purity released from a hydrogen absorbing alloy in the hydrogen recovery container (20) is refluxed to the generator (1), and this process comprising absorbing and releasing of hydrogen gas in the hydrogen recovery container (20) and saving in the gas tank (2) is repeated once or several times, successively, the hydrogen gas containing much amount of impure gas saved in the gas tank (2) is introduced in the hydrogen recovery container (20) and occluded therein, thereafter, in the initial stage during which hydrogen gas is released from the hydrogen recovery container (20), the hydrogen gas containing much amount of impure gas is discharged outside, then hydrogen gas having high purity released from the hydrogen absorbing alloy in the hydrogen recovery container (20) is refluxed to the generator (1).

    摘要: An aluminum alloy brazing agent containing a flux is made by compacting a powder mixture of a matrix powder and a flux powder at a first temperature so as to form a rigid piece, and then conducting a secondary forming of the rigid piece into a desired shape at a second temperature. The first temperature is lower than 480.degree. C., preferably lower than 400.degree. C., and more preferably room temperature, so that the compacting may be conducted in the air. The second temperature is 300.degree.-575.degree. C. for the secondary forming, which also may preferably be conducted in an non-oxidizing atmosphere, so that the brazing agent can be of an improved capability of brazing aluminum articles and be produced inexpensively.

    摘要: An ink jet head includes a nozzle plate having a nozzle through the nozzle plate in its thickness direction, a base plate laminated with the nozzle plate and having an ink supplying hole through the base plate in its thickness direction, a pressure chamber connected to the nozzle and the ink supplying hole in the substantially perpendicular manner and provided with a pressure means on the bonded surface of the nozzle plate and the base plate. The nozzle and the ink supplying hole are made narrower than the pressure chamber and the connecting channel. The plural nozzles, pressure chambers, connecting channels, and ink supplying holes are provided. A common ink chamber connecting to a plurality of the ink supplying holes are provided on the opposite surface to the nozzle plate laminated with the base plate in the perpendicular manner to the nozzle plate. A projection is formed in the nozzle plate and the nozzle is provided through the projection. The ink head enables to prevent bonding materials from flowing into the thin portions during bonding process, to eliminate variations in efficiency of ink ejection at the respective nozzles, and to improve the printing finish in quality.

    摘要: A method is provided to braze aluminum materials to each other, the method comprising a step of producing a fluoride gas-containing atmosphere within a brazing oven. The method further comprises a step of brazing the aluminum materials, by heating said materials within said atmosphere melts. The fluoride gas-containing atmosphere is produced in the soldering oven: by introducing an inert gas and the fluoride gas through different passages; by introducing into the oven a mixture of the inert gas and the fluoride gas; or by heating a fluoride in a receptacle which is placed in the oven so as to gasify the fluoride within the oven.

The production process can obviate the conventional pressed-in construction in which metallic members contact with each other, can make the manufacture of the vibration isolator easy, and can reduce the manufacturing cost.

    摘要: Objects of the present invention are to provide a brazeable aluminum alloy cast material which can be manufactured brazeable products without lowering the productivity and the method of brazing a cast material.The cast material is composed of: 0.5-4.5% by weight of Mn; 0.5-3% by weight of Si; 0.5-1% by weight of Fe; and the balance composed of aluminum and impurities. In the method of brazing the cast material, a brazing agent and/or flux are used, the brazing agent is composed of: 25-65% by weight of Zn; 2-7% by weight of Si; and the balance composed of aluminum and 0.1% or less of Fe as one of impurities. The flux is a mixture of: 0.5-5% by weight of LiF; 1-10% by weight of ZnCl.sub.2 ; 1-5% by weight of K.sub..alpha. AlF.sub..alpha.+3 (.alpha. is an integer not less than 1.); and the balance composed of BaCl.sub.2 -KCl-NaCl.
