    摘要: An information processing apparatus has a short-distance wireless communication unit which communicates with external equipment, an input unit, a timer, and a control unit. The input unit generates a press event in response to depression of the input unit and a release event in response to release the input unit from the depression. The timer measures an elapsed time. The control unit starts the timer in response to reception of the press event, transmits a press command or a release command to the external equipment in response to the reception of the press event or the release event, and transmits the release command to the external equipment when the control unit detects that the elapsed time reaches a specific time and no event is received from the input unit.

    摘要: In a mobile telephone device applicable as an information processing apparatus, a protocol layer control unit controls a protocol layer used when a wireless communication is performed with a head set. A command queue puts an execution of a command to the protocol layer in a standby state. A request management unit manages piling up of requests accepted sequentially from the higher level layer in the command queue. A forced interruption unit requests the protocol layer control unit to disconnect a physical connection with the head set in a case where a forced interruption factor is generated. The protocol layer control unit is used to disconnect the physical connection with the head set. When a forced interruption request is accepted, a request management unit does not pile up the forced interruption request in the command queue but executes a forced interruption processing by the forced interruption unit.

    摘要: According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided an information processing apparatus including: a storing unit configured to store a coded audio data corresponding to one of a plurality of codec types, an acquiring unit configured to acquire first information which indicate codec types supported by an external device, a receiving unit configured to receive second information, which designates a codec type to be used for decoding received coded audio data, from the external device, a determining unit configured to determine whether the designated codec types is acceptable to transmit the coded audio data stored in the storing unit by comparing codec type corresponding to the coded audio data and the codec type designated by the external device, and a requesting unit configured to request the external device to switch the designated codec type to another codec type which is one of the codec types detected based on the second information.

There is provided a method for hands-free control to solve this problem. The method comprises measuring time since transferring a call arrived at the radio apparatus to the hands-free apparatus, and establishing a voice channel on the local radio link in a case where an operation is done to accept the call on the hands-free apparatus while the reply message is being sent.
