    Abstract: A display device including: a plurality of unit portions repeatedly arranged in a first direction and a second direction, wherein the second direction is different from the first direction; a plurality of display units respectively arranged above the plurality of unit portions; and a plurality of encapsulation layers respectively encapsulating the plurality of display units, wherein each of the plurality of unit portions includes an island where a display unit and an encapsulation layer are located, and at least one connection unit connected to the island, and islands of two unit portions adjacent to each other are spaced apart from each other, and connection units of the two unit portions adjacent to each other are connected to each other.

    Abstract: A driving circuit includes: a plurality of scan stages each corresponds to a plurality of scan lines, receives clock signals and a carry signal, and outputs a scan signal; and a plurality of masking circuits corresponding to some scan stages, respectively, among the scan stages. each masking circuit outputs one of the scan signal output from a corresponding scan stage and a first voltage as a masking carry signal in response to a masking signal. A j-th scan stage receives a scan signal output from a (j−a)th scan stage as the carry signal when the (j−a)th scan stage is not one of the some first scan stages, and the masking carry signal output from a masking circuit corresponding to the (j−a)th scan stage as the carry signal when the (j−a)th scan stage is one of the some first scan stages.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a 1-1st sub-pixel and a 1-2nd sub-pixel disposed in a first row, a 2-1st sub-pixel disposed in a second row and a 3-1st sub-pixel and a 3-2nd sub-pixel disposed in a third row. A first data line extends from the first row to the third row and electrically connects a pixel circuit of the 1-1st sub-pixel, a pixel circuit of the 2-1st sub-pixel, and a pixel circuit of the 3-1st sub-pixel. A 2-1st data line is electrically connected to a pixel circuit of the 1-2nd sub-pixel. A 2-2nd data line is electrically connected to a pixel circuit of the 3-2nd sub-pixel. A first bridge line is disposed on a different layer than the data lines and contacts the 2-1st data line and the 2-2nd data line and includes an overlapping portion extending along at least a portion of the first data line.

The plurality of display units are on the plurality of islands, respectively. The at least one inorganic layer and the passivation layer extend on the plurality of connection units. The passivation layer includes a trench exposing the at least one inorganic layer. The encapsulation layer contacts the at least one inorganic layer exposed via the trench.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a stretchable substrate, a thin film transistor (TFT) formed over the stretchable substrate and including a plurality of electrodes, an OLED electrically connected to the TFT and including a plurality of electrodes, and a plurality of interconnection lines connected to the electrodes of the OLED and the TFT. At least one of the interconnection lines is configured to move in a stretching direction and rotate an electrode selected from the electrodes of the OLED and the TFT connected to the at least one interconnection line.

    Abstract: In a display panel having a main display area, a component area including pixel groups spaced apart from each other, and a transmission area between the pixel groups, the display panel includes: a substrate; a plurality of main display elements on the substrate to correspond to the main display area and main pixel circuits respectively connected to the main display elements; auxiliary display elements on the substrate to respectively correspond to the pixel groups and auxiliary pixel circuits respectively connected to the auxiliary display elements; a first data line and a second data line spaced apart from each other with the component area therebetween; and a detour line connecting the first data line to the second data line, wherein the detour line is on a layer that is closer to the substrate than a layer on which the first data line and the second data line are arranged.
