Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message scheduling a burst of downlink messages. The control message may indicate first and second pluralities of transmission configuration indicators associated with first and second downlink shared channels, respectively. The UE may monitor for a first and second downlink messages in the first downlink shared channel and the second downlink shared channel, using first and second transmission configuration indicators, respectively. Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may receive a control message scheduling a burst of uplink messages. The single control message may indicate to apply a first precoding matrix for transmission of the uplink messages. The UE may precode, using a second precoding matrix, an uplink message to generate a precoded first uplink message. The UE may transmit the precoded uplink message in a first uplink shared channel.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for applying a unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state to a downlink reference signal in accordance with a rule or procedure that is mutually known between a user equipment (UE) and one or more components of a base station (BS). In one aspect, the UE and one or more components of the BS may support a unified TCI state associated with a transmission over a downlink data channel and a transmission over a downlink control channel. The UE and one or more components of the BS may apply the unified TCI state to the downlink reference signal (which may be associated with beam selection for the downlink reference signal) in accordance with a satisfaction of a condition associated with the downlink reference signal. Such a condition may be associated with one or more parameters or configurations associated with the downlink reference signal.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for radio link failure recovery and beam failure recovery on a secondary cell group (SCG) in dormancy state. In an example, a user equipment (UE) may determine the UE has entered a dormant state with respect to the SCG of a secondary node (SN) having a primary SCG cell (PSCell). The UE may monitor the PSCell to detect a beam failure or a radio link failure while the UE is in the dormant state with respect to the SCG. The UE may transmit, to the SN, a report based on the beam failure or the radio link failure on the PSCell being detected.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may receive an indicator that indicates cancellation of one or more scheduled transmissions on a group of resources. The indicator has a format that is configurable to indicate whether scheduled transmissions in a downlink direction, an uplink direction, or both are cancelled. The indicator may include an indication of the group of resources and zero or more flags indicating a direction of transmissions that are canceled, or the indicator may include two or more groups of resources that each apply to one or both of the downlink direction or the uplink direction. The UE may cancel one or more transmissions in response to the indicator.
