摘要： A gearbox includes an inlet configured to receive a mixture of air and oil from an external source and a deoiler. The deoiler includes a shaft including an inlet passage and an outlet passage, both formed on an inner portion of the shaft and separated from one another, a separator unit coupled to and surrounding a portion of the shaft and including an inlet and an outlet and a pre-pressuring component coupled to the shaft that increases the pressure of the mixture of oil and air to form a pressurized mixture and provides the pressurized mixture to the inlet of the separator unit.

摘要： A mechanical seal includes a seal cartridge and a removal formation. The seal cartridge includes an outer cylindrical surface, an inner cylindrical surface concentric to the outer cylindrical surface, and a ring surface connecting the outer cylindrical surface and the inner cylindrical surface to define an inner cavity interior to the seal cartridge. The removal formation is arranged on the ring surface, and includes a first surface proximate the ring surface, an indentation feature proximate the first surface, and a seal puller feature proximate the indentation feature defining a channel configured to allow application of removal forces to the seal cartridge.

A shaft includes a first splined end section and a second splined end section, the first splined end section engageable with the splined inner diameter, the shaft having a bore with a bore diameter greater than a diameter of the oil dam, a first set of radial apertures axially inboard of the first splined end section in communication with the shaft inner bore and a second set of radial apertures axially inboard of the second splined end section in communication with the shaft inner bore that altogether provide lubrication of the splined end sections.
