摘要： A hydraulically actuated fuel injector includes an injector body having a nozzle chamber that opens to a nozzle outlet. A control valve is mounted in the injector body and is attached to a solenoid that is moveable between a rest position and a fully energized position. A piston/plunger/barrel assembly is utilized to hydraulically pressurize fuel in the nozzle chamber to a fuel pressure that is substantially proportional to an amount of current being supplied to the solenoid. A needle valve member is positioned in the nozzle chamber and moveable between an open position in which the nozzle outlet is opened and a closed position in which the nozzle outlet is blocked. Finally, a spring is utilized to bias the solenoid toward its rest position.

摘要： The method and composition involves preparing a high yield of a metal amino acid complex visible as a source of highly bioavailable transition metal ions, highly bioavailable essential amino acid for a livestock animal is disclosed. The method involves preparing the metal amino acid complex from a protein starting material resulting product in high yield. The protein starting material is hydrolyzed to provide an amino acid hydrolyzate and thereafter a metal oxide corresponding to the desired metal for the metal amino complex is added to the amino acid hydrolyzate to react to form a high yield metal amino acid complex which is thereafter used to form a dose for supplementation of diet to assure adequate trace minerals and adequate essential amino acids in the diet of a livestock animal.

摘要： A flexible cargo bed tie-down system allows the user to easily change, adjust, customize, and adapt his or her vehicle to specific needs at any given moment, and interfaces with the rest of the vehicle in an optimum manner from a functional, structural, and aesthetic standpoint. One embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle having a side wall construction enclosing a cargo bed at a side of the cargo bed. The side wall construction includes an outer portion which runs generally vertically at an outer portion of the vehicle, and a top portion which runs generally horizontally from the outer portion toward a longitudinal center of the vehicle. A tie-down rail is mounted adjacent to the top portion such that a part of the top portion overhangs at least a portion of the tie-down rail. The tie-down rail is configured to accept a tie-down fitting and includes a slotted opening generally aligned with an interior edge of the top portion.

摘要： A system is provided for controlling the speed of a vehicle having a powertrain including a power plant operably coupled to a transmission. The system includes a control unit configured to receive a signal indicative of vehicle speed, receive a signal indicative of power plant output speed, and determine a desired power plant output speed based on the signal indicative of vehicle speed and the signal indicative of power plant output speed. The control unit is further configured to send a signal to the power plant such that the power plant operates at the desired power plant output speed, and maintain a desired vehicle speed in a manner substantially independent of a magnitude of load on the powertrain.
