An embodiment of the present invention relates to a Wi-Fi display (WFD) service initiation method comprising the steps of: in a method for a first apparatus that supports WFD initiating a WFD service, the first apparatus transmitting a WFD discovery frame to a second apparatus; and the first apparatus transmitting a real-time streaming protocol (RTSP) M1 message, wherein the first apparatus transmits one of a provision discovery request or a session initiation request to the second apparatus before transmitting the M1 message if there is an internet protocol (IP) connection established between the first apparatus and the second apparatus when transmitting the WFD discovery frame.

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for forming, by a first device, forming a Wi-Fi connection with a second device using Bluetooth LE in a wireless communication system, including receiving an advertising message from the second device, forming a Bluetooth LE connection with the second device based on the advertising message, transmitting a first write request message to the second device requesting writing of authentication information necessary for performing Wi-Fi authentication with the third device, wherein the first write request message including the authentication information, receiving a write response message from the second device as a response to the first write request message, and sending a second write request message to request the writing of Opcode indicating a Wi-Fi connection with the third device to the second device. The second write request message includes identification information for identifying the third device, and the Wi-Fi connection is formed between the second and the third devices based on the authentication information.

Proposed is a method for receiving a Wi-Fi service by a wireless LAN station supporting an application service platform (ASP). Specifically, the Wi-Fi service can be received through at least two connection techniques, for example, a Wi-Fi direct connection of Wi-Fi infrastructure connection may be used. The wireless LAN station having an ASP may detect information on each of the connection techniques and may be provided with the Wi-Fi service using one of the connection techniques. The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and a method for executing a service search and an advertisement. To this end, the method by which a first wireless device performs a service search comprises the steps of: transmitting a probe request frame which includes a hash value; receiving, from a second wireless device, a probe response frame which includes first service information corresponding to the hash value; transmitting a service search request frame which includes a search word to the second wireless device; and receiving, from the second wireless device, a service search response frame which includes second service information corresponding to the search word, wherein if a preset symbol is attached to the search word, the second service information can include at least one service name having the search word as a prefix.
