Abstract:
A computer readable memory (8) having machine readable instructions can comprise a simulation engine (20) to receive project data characterizing a project of a print buyer (5). The project can comprise a production of printed material. The simulation engine (20) can also generate a simulated print demand that characterizes a print demand for the printed material for the project. The simulation engine (20) can generate print service provider (PSP) simulation results based on print demand data that includes an actual print demand provided from a plurality of print buyers (5) or the simulated print demand generated for the project. The machine readable instructions can also comprise an analyzer (22) to identify a PSP (18) of a plurality of PSPs (18) based on a simulated fulfillment of the print demand at each of the plurality of PSPs (18).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to thiopyrimidine-based compounds that are inhibitors of protein kinases including JAK kinases. In particular, the compounds are selective for JAK1, JAK2 or JAK3 kinases and combinations thereof such as JAK1 and JAK2. The kinase inhibitors can be used in the treatment of kinase associated diseases such as immunological and inflammatory diseases including organ transplants; hyperproliferative diseases including cancer and myeloproliferative diseases; viral diseases; metabolic diseases and vascular diseases.
Abstract:
Systems and methods of data filtering for a print service provider (PSP) are disclosed. An exemplary method includes receiving a plurality of print service parameters. The method also includes filtering the plurality of print service parameters, wherein a portion of the received plurality of print service parameters are retained in machine readable format. The method also includes saving the filtered print service parameters for enhancing automatic and manual print production processes.
Abstract:
Semiconductor power devices, and related methods, wherein a recessed contact makes lateral ohmic contact to the source diffusion, but is insulated from the underlying recessed field plate (RFP). Such an insulated RFP is here referred to as an embedded recessed field plate (ERFP).
Abstract:
Improved highly reliable power RFP structures and fabrication and operation processes. The structure includes plurality of localized dopant concentrated zones beneath the trenches of RFPs, either floating or extending and merging with the body layer of the MOSFET or connecting with the source layer through a region of vertical doped region. This local dopant zone decreases the minority carrier injection efficiency of the body diode of the device and alters the electric field distribution during the body diode reverse recovery.
Abstract:
Improved MOSFET structures and processes, where multiple polysilicon embedded regions are introduced into the n+ source contact area. A top poly Field Plate is used to shield the electric field from penetrating into the channel, so that a very short channel can be used without jeopardizing the device drain-source leakage current. A bottom poly Field Plate is used to modulate the electric field distribution in the drift region such that a more uniform field distribution can be obtained.
Abstract:
Power semiconductor devices in which insulated empty space zones are used for field-shaping regions, in place of dielectric bodies previously used. Optionally permanent charge is added at the interface between the insulated empty space zone and an adjacent semiconductor drift region.
Abstract:
Devices, structures, and related methods for IGBTs and the like which include a self-aligned series resistance at the source-body junction to avoid latchup. The series resistance is achieved by using a charged dielectric, and/or by using a dielectric which provides a source of dopant atoms of the same conductivity type as the source region, at a sidewall adjacent to the source region.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for determining a quantitative guideline are provided. One such method may involve receiving into an electronic device a print order from a customer to a print service provider, determining the requisite tasks to fulfill the print order, determining which resources of the print service provider are capable of undertaking the requisite tasks, and determining respective costs and lead times associated with undertaking each requisite task using each capable resource. In particular, such costs and lead times may be determined based at least in part on a dynamic behavioral model of cost and a dynamic behavioral model of lead time associated with each resource.
Abstract:
Ink jet printers, ink stream modulators, and methods to generate droplets from an ink stream are disclosed. An example method to generate droplets from an ink stream includes generating a stream of ink with an inkjet nozzle and modulating the stream of ink into a plurality of droplets by generating an alternating electrical field having a frequency based on a permittivity of the ink to cause a dielectrophoretic effect.
