    Abstract: A downlink control information (DCI) sending method and an apparatus are provided. A base station determines a first channel resource, where the first channel resource is located in the ith time unit of a subframe in a time domain, the subframe includes NT time units, NT is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT; and the base station sends DCI to a terminal device on the first channel resource. In this solution, the first channel resource that carries the DCI is located in the ith time unit of the subframe in the time domain, where i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT. That is, there is a first channel resource in each time unit of the subframe.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an uplink data sending method. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, scheduling signaling in at least one downlink time interval in a downlink time interval set, where the scheduling signaling is used to schedule uplink data, and any downlink time interval in the downlink time interval set belongs to a downlink subframe n; determining, by the terminal device, an uplink time interval corresponding to the at least one downlink time interval, where the any downlink time interval in the downlink time interval set is corresponding to the determined uplink time interval, the determined uplink time interval belongs to an uplink subframe n+k, and k is equal to 0, 1, 2, or 3; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink data in the determined uplink time interval. In the foregoing solution, a latency from receiving scheduling information to sending uplink data can be reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a terminal device, in which a sending module sends, in a first uplink subframe on a first carrier, an uplink reference signal to a network device, where the first carrier is a carrier on which the terminal device sends neither uplink data nor uplink control information in uplink; and a processing module determines a first power headroom PHR, where the first PHR is a PHR of a transmit power of the terminal device in the first uplink subframe or a PHR of a transmit power of the terminal device in the first uplink subframe on the first carrier. Special carriers are introduced, and uplink reference signals are sent on the special carriers, so that information, such as downlink channel characteristics, of these special carriers can be obtained by the network device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, user equipment, and base stations for sending feedback information. One example method includes: receiving, by an apparatus, scheduling information that is sent by a base station by using a downlink control channel, wherein the downlink control channel belongs to a preconfigured downlink subframe set; receiving, by the apparatus, downlink data on a downlink data channel, wherein the downlink data is scheduled according to the scheduling information; determining, by the apparatus, an uplink subframe; determining, by the apparatus, a codebook of the feedback information; performing, by the apparatus, channel encoding on the feedback information according to the codebook of the feedback information; determining, by the apparatus, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource according to physical uplink control channel PUCCH resource indication information; and sending, by the apparatus on the PUCCH resource in the uplink subframe, encoded feedback information.
