Abstract: An image sharing method implemented on a first electronic device having a touchscreen includes establishing, by the first electronic device, a first wireless link with a second electronic device by using a short-range wireless communications technology. The method further includes sending, by the first electronic device, face feature information to the second electronic device over the first wireless link. The method further includes receiving, by the first electronic device, a matching result sent by the second electronic device. When the first electronic device determines that the matching result is matching success information, the method further includes sending, by the first electronic device, an image (for example, a photo or a video) corresponding to the face feature information to the second electronic device.
