Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a handover method and system in a relay network, a relay node, a control base station and a base station. The method includes: receiving, by a relay node, a first area identifier that identifies the relay node; sending a system information broadcast message carrying the first area identifier to a terminal in a coverage area; receiving a handover request message forwarded by a control base station; and performing, according to the handover request message, a control operation of accessing the relay node on the terminal. The first area identifier that identifies the relay node is allocated to the relay node, so that the terminal in the relay network can be normally handed over from the base station to the relay node.

Abstract: A radio access control method is provided. The method includes a terminal device receiving access control information sent by an access network device, the access control information indicating a barred service type and a barred data transmission attribute to the terminal device. The terminal device determines whether to send a radio resource control connection request to the access network device based on the barred service type and the barred data transmission attribute. The data transmission attribute comprises a transmission scheme type, and the transmission scheme type is used to indicate a transmission scheme used by the terminal device for transmitting service data used by the terminal device, thereby improving network resource utilization.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for receiving D2D discovery information and an apparatus. The method for receiving D2D discovery information includes: sending, by an upper layer of a radio resource control RRC layer of a D2D communication device, a first instruction to a physical layer of the D2D communication device, where the first instruction is used to instruct the physical layer to switch from a D2D sleep state to a D2D listening state; and receiving, by the physical layer of the D2D communication device, the first instruction and switching from the D2D sleep state to the D2D listening state according to the first instruction, to listen to D2D discovery information. This reduces power consumption of the D2D communication device and prolongs a standby time of the D2D communication device.

Abstract: A method and a system for implementing time division duplex configuration of a secondary serving cell are provided. A primary base station receives time division duplex TDD configuration information of a secondary serving cell and an identity of the secondary serving cell from a secondary base station, where the TDD configuration information of the secondary serving cell is allocated by the secondary base station to the secondary serving cell. The primary base station sends the TDD configuration information of the secondary serving cell and the identity of the secondary serving cell to a terminal, so that the terminal determines an uplink-downlink subframe allocation of the secondary serving cell according to the TDD configuration information.

Abstract: This application discloses a resource reconfiguration method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method includes: receiving, by a primary base station, a first message, where the first message is used to request to reconfigure, for a user equipment, a resource corresponding to a secondary base station; and initiating, by the primary base station, reconfiguration of the resource corresponding to the secondary base station for the user equipment. By means of this application, the resource corresponding to the secondary base station can be reconfigured for the user equipment in a case in which the secondary base station does not provide a reconfiguration function.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a communication method, including: sending, by a user equipment (UE), a request message to a micro network node, so that the micro network node sends an indication message to a macro network node; receiving an uplink resource sent according to the indication message by the macro network node; and sending uplink signaling or uplink data to the macro network node according to the uplink resource. The present disclosure further describes a corresponding device and system. The micro network node participates in accessing the user equipment (UE) to a network so that a UE can rapidly access the network and reduce access delay.
