    Abstract: A spacer supportability evaluation method and device as well as a computer readable storage medium are provided. The method includes acquiring initial distribution images of spacers and corresponding support pads on a substrate, performing binary grayscaling processing to obtain distribution images of spacers and corresponding support pads, obtaining two binary matrices according to the distribution images, subjecting the two binary matrices to convolution in a spatial domain or to multiplication in a frequency domain to obtain an equivalent support matrix, calculating a number of elements in the equivalent support matrix whose values are a first value to obtain a number of supported pixels. The supportability of spacers is evaluated by acquiring parameters or design drawings of the spacers to calculate suitable size and positional arrangement of each spacer, improving the supportability of spacers and keeps the cell gap of the liquid crystal cell stable and uniform.

    Abstract: A gate electrode and a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing an array substrate are provided. The method for manufacturing a gate electrode may include: providing a substrate, wherein the substrate includes a gate electrode region and a non-gate electrode region; and forming a gate electrode layer on the substrate, wherein the gate electrode layer includes a conductive portion corresponding to the gate electrode region and a transparent portion corresponding to the non-gate electrode region. According to the gate electrode and the method for manufacturing the same, and the method for manufacturing an array substrate, step difference can be eliminated, thereby avoiding an influence of the step difference on the crystallization property of a polysilicon material when an Excimer Laser Annealing (ELA) process is performed on the amorphous silicon layer, and obtaining a better crystallization effect.

    Abstract: A sputtering apparatus and a target changing device thereof are disclosed. The target changing device includes a stand, a mounting shaft on the stand, a target mounting body sleeved on an outside of the mounting shaft and being rotatable around an axis of the mounting shaft, and a first driving mechanism configured to drive the target mounting body to rotate around the axis of the mounting shaft. The target mounting body includes at least two target mounting surfaces configured to mount targets. When the target mounting body rotates around the axis of the mounting shaft, each of the target mounting surfaces may be switched between an operating state orientation and an idle orientation.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a MEMS light valve, a pixel array and a display apparatus. The MEMS light valve includes a first grating including first openings arranged in a matrix; a second grating, parallel to the first grating and including light emitting areas corresponding to the first openings, wherein the second grating is capable of moving with respect to the first grating along a shifting direction parallel to the first grating. Light emitting materials which emit lights having certain wavelengths by means of excitation by external lights are provided on the light emitting areas.
