    Abstract: A display backplane includes a substrate, a thin film transistor over the substrate, and a pixel capacitor assembly over a side of the thin film transistor away from the substrate, and an orthographic projection of the pixel capacitor assembly on the substrate covers at least one portion of an orthographic projection of the thin film transistor on the substrate. The pixel capacitor assembly includes a first electrode, a passivation layer, and a second electrode, sequentially over a side of the thin film transistor away from the substrate, and an orthographic projection of the first electrode on the substrate is overlapped with the orthographic projection of the thin film transistor on the substrate. A display panel including the display backplane can further include an OLED component, arranged over a side of the pixel capacitor assembly away from the substrate.

    Abstract: The pixel substrate and a pixel panel are provided. The display substrate includes: a display structure layer, a cover plate on the display structure layer and a plurality of pixel definition layers and an anti-light crosstalk layer between the display structure layer and the cover plate, where the pixel definition layers are arranged on a lower surface of the cover plate at intervals and are in a one-to-one correspondence to sub-pixel units of the display substrate, the anti-light crosstalk layer surrounds each pixel definition layer, where a reflective component is between the anti-light crosstalk layer and the display structure layer, the reflective component includes an inclined surface configured to reflect light from the display structure layer to the pixel definition layer.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an array substrate having a plurality of subpixel areas. The array substrate includes a base substrate; a plurality of first thin film transistors on the base substrate, each of which being in one of the plurality of subpixel areas; and a plurality of capacitor electrodes, each of which being in one of the plurality of subpixel areas. Each of the plurality of first thin film transistors includes a first active layer, a first gate electrode, a first source electrode, and a first drain electrode. The first active layer includes a first semi-conductive channel part, a first conductive part electrically connected to the first drain electrode, and a second conductive part electrically connected to the first source electrode. Each of the plurality of capacitor electrodes, the insulating layer, and the first conductive part constitute a first storage capacitor in one of the plurality of subpixel areas.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display panel includes a cover plate and a back plate. The cover plate includes a cover plate glass on which three color films of R, G and B are formed. The cover plate includes an insulating cover layer covering the cover plate glass. The cover plate includes a BM area formed over the insulating cover layer and defining a pixel area. The cover plate includes a spacer pillar formed in the BM area. The cover plate includes an auxiliary cathode formed over the spacer pillar and the insulating cover layer. The back plate includes: an active layer array; a planarization layer formed on the active layer array, having a boss corresponding to the pixel area; and an OLED device formed on the boss.

The OLED display substrate includes: a base substrate; an active layer arranged on the base substrate; a gate insulation layer arranged at a side of the active layer away from the base substrate; and a gate electrode layer arranged at a side of the gate insulation layer away from the base substrate. An orthogonal projection of the gate electrode layer onto the base substrate at least partially overlaps an orthogonal projection of the active layer onto the base substrate, and the gate electrode layer and the active layer form a first storage capacitor of the OLED display substrate.

The display panel includes an array substrate including an array of a plurality of first thin film transistors respectively in the plurality of subpixels for driving light emission of the display panel; a counter substrate facing the array substrate and having a plurality of subpixel areas respectively in the plurality of subpixels; and an optical compensation device for adjusting in real time actual light emitting brightness values of the plurality of subpixel areas to target brightness values. The display backplate includes: a substrate; a first light shielding layer, provided on the substrate; a first thin film transistor, provided on a side of the first light shielding layer facing away from the substrate, and including a first active layer, a first source electrode, a first drain electrode and a first top-gate electrode; a first layer, including a first semiconductor portion and a first conductor portion, the first semiconductor portion constituting the first active layer; and a third electrode, the first conductor portion being provided between the first light shielding layer and the third electrode. The first light shielding layer and the first conductor portion form a first capacitance, and the third electrode and the first conductor portion form a second capacitance.
