    Abstract: A clot removal device and method for removing a clot from a blood vessel are provided, where the clot removal device includes a shaft and an elongate clot engagement element having one end connected to the shaft and a distal end remote from the end connected to the shaft, and where the shaft and elongate clot engagement element having a principal longitudinal axis. Further, the distal end can include an end formation forming a curved contact surface at the distal end, and the end formation can be displaced to one side of the principal longitudinal axis.

    Abstract: An intraluminal device and a method of removing a clot from a body lumen with an intraluminal device may be provided. The intraluminal device may include a hollow elongated shaft and a radially-expandable mesh segment situated distal to the elongated shaft. The elongated shaft may be secured relative to a first portion of the mesh segment. The intraluminal device may additionally include a core wire affixed to a second portion of the mesh segment and extending through the elongated shaft. The elongated shaft may be configured to radially expand the mesh segment by axially moving the first portion of the mesh segment relative to the second portion of the mesh segment. In addition, the core wire may be configured to radially expand the mesh segment by axially moving the second portion of the mesh segment relative to the first portion of the mesh segment.

    Abstract: Consistent with disclosed embodiments, systems, devices, methods, and computer readable media for filling a hollow body structure may be provided. In some implementations, an endovascular instrument for filling a hollow body structure may be provided and may include an elongated member configured to exhibit differing coiling properties along a length thereof. The elongated member may include a first region configured to bend within the hollow body structure to form a stabilizing frame. The elongated member may also include a second region located proximal to the first region and configured to bend, after formation of the frame, substantially within the frame, thereby forming a curved mass substantially within the frame. The first region and the second region may be interconnected. The embodiments may further include at least one structural property that differs between the first region and the second region.
