Abstract:
An apparatus for transporting objects includes a guide arrangement for supporting and guiding along a movement path at least one carriage supporting a support element suitable for receiving at least one object. A movement arrangement moves the carriage along the movement path. The carriage is provided with rolling elements and the guide arrangement includes at least three guides that are parallel to one another, each of which is arranged for supporting and guiding a respective rolling element in an operative configuration of the carriage. The guides define respective movement profiles conjugated and shaped so that each rolling element abuts on the respective guide at each point of the latter along the movement path. The rolling elements are arranged at the vertices of a triangle with respect to a plane that is parallel to the guides.
Abstract:
A device for dosing and forming pods (1) containing a product for infusion and comprising a piece of filter material containing a dose of the product for infusion. The device comprises: a station (2) for feeding the product into at least one forming impression (3) defining a single dose of the product and made in means (4) for forming a respective compressed disk (5) of the infusion product and releasing the compressed disk (5) from the impression (3) in the filter material to form the pod (1).
Abstract:
According to method for sterilizing containers (2) of plastic material and for filling the containers with liquid substances, containers (2) are moved in succession along a feeding path (P), so as to enter a a covering structure (S) containing a one-block apparatus for sterilizing and filling and defining a closed aseptic environment. The containers (2) are sterilized in a first portion (6) of the apparatus (1), situated along a first section (T) of the path (P), then weighted filled with a liquid substance and subsequently closed with pre-sterilized plugs/caps, in a second portion (12) of the apparatus (1), situated along a second section (TR) of the path (P), after the first section (T).
Abstract:
A machine (100) for making filter bags (1) of tetrahedral shape for infusion products (P) comprises a production line (L) defined by a series of operating stations (50, 9, 10, 14, 11, 12, 13) where filter bags (1) made from a continuous flattened tube (2) of filter paper are formed, filled with respective doses of infusion product (P) and subjected to successive cuts and closing seals (SL, ST, SC). The production line (L) extends in a direction parallel to the direction (A) and comprises, in succession, a first sealing station (50) for making the first longitudinal seal (SL) to form the tube (2) so that it extends in the horizontal direction (A); a second tube (2) sealing station (9) for making a succession of transversal seals (ST) on the tube (2) transversally to the horizontal direction (A); a cutting station (10) for cutting the tube (2) at the transversal seals (ST) so as to create a succession of filter bags (1) in the process of being formed, each having a sealed bottom end and an unsealed end (7); a station (11) for opening the unsealed end (7) of each filter bag (1); a station (12) for dosing the infusion product (P), where a dose of the product (P) is inserted into the filter bag (1) through the unsealed opened end (7); and a third sealing station (13) for making a seal (SC) that closes the end (7) of each filter bag (1) that is still open; the closing seal (SC) extending in a direction transversal to the aforementioned longitudinal seal (SL) and to the aforementioned transversal seal (ST).
Abstract:
A unit for feeding products (3) to a blistering machine (M) includes a delivery group (2, 2a, S) for selectively distributing products (3) to a station (SR), where the products (3) are introduced into respective blisters (40) of a blister band (4), moving in a forward direction (W) inside the blistering machine (M). The filling station (SR) is defined by a conveyor (10) consisting of a belt (11) provided with seas (110). Each seat (110) receives a relative product (3) distributed by the delivery group (2, 2a, S) and releases the products (3) into a respective blister (4). The conveyor (10) include at least one endless belt (11), moving in step relation with the blister band (4) wound around respective pulling wheels (13, 14), with an upper portion of the belt (11) defined by an upper run (11a) extending under the delivery group (2, 2a, S) in a direction parallel to the forward direction (W), defined by a lower run (11b) extending, along at least a section (O) parallel to the forward direction (W), substantially very close to and above the blister band (4) and facing the blister band (4).
Abstract:
A tablet press machine (100) comprises: a hopper (1) for feeding a powder or granular product (2) to a first disc (3a) that rotates about an axis (X) and is equipped with evenly distributed holes or dies (3); a second and third disc (4, 6) that are positioned above and below the first disc (3a), respectively, rotate about the axis (X) and support respective pluralities of upper and lower reciprocating punches (5, 7). The punches (5, 7) are driven towards and away from each other when they are aligned with the dies (3) in such a way as to compress the product (2). Each of the punches (5, 7) comprises a cylindrical shank (8), one end of which is equipped with a working head (10) and sealed protection means (11) acting on the cylindrical shank (8) itself. The sealed protection means (11) comprise, for each punch (5, 7), a concertinaed sleeve (12) covering the cylindrical shank (8) and having an annular portion (13) constituting its far end relative to the working head (10), forming an annular seal and providing also a removable element used to attach support means (14) that protrude from the respective disc (4, 6). The near end (15) of each concertinaed sleeve (12) relative to the working head (10) presents an enlarged annular portion (16) that engages with a matching annular groove (17) in the cylindrical shank (8) to provide a tight seal.
Abstract:
A single dose filter bag for infusible product is closed by folding a flap made in the upper part of the filter bag, attaching a connecting thread to the filter bag and to a pickup tag by first and second terminal portions respectively of the connecting thread, forming a short vertical or horizontal stitch using first and second auxiliary threads respectively.
Abstract:
The device is for feeding articles to a packaging line that inserts the articles into respective containers, and includes a continuously moving supplementary line that transfers articles to the packaging line. The supplementary line is equipped with a plurality of holders, removably fastened to a conveyor of the same line by connecting means. The articles are supplied to the holders by an article feeding line, at a loading station. Raising means release the connecting means from the conveyor at the loading station, so as to temporarily stop the holder to be loaded.
