The method includes: obtaining a first sequence used to encode K to-be-encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polarized channels, the first sequence is same as a second sequence or a subset of the second sequence, the second sequence comprises sequence numbers of Nmax, polarized channels, and the second sequence is the sequence shown in Sequence Q11 or Table Q11, K is a positive integer, N is a positive integer power of 2, n is equal to or greater than 5, K≤N, Nmax=1024; selecting sequence numbers of K polarized channels from the first sequence; and performing polar code encoding on K the to-be-encoded bits based on the selected sequence numbers of the K polarized channels.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a control information processing method and system, a first device, and a second device. The method includes: receiving, by the first device, first control information sent by a network device; determining, by the first device based on first information, that the first control information is used to schedule a target device, where the target device is one of the first device and at least one second device, and the first information is information related to the first control information; and when the target device is one of the at least one second device, determining, by the first device, second control information based on resource information that is used for data transmission and that is included in the first control information, and sending the second control information to the target device, so that the target device transmits data based on the second control information; or when the target device is the first device, transmitting, by the first device, data based on the first control information. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the first device can determine, by using the first information related to the first control information, a device scheduled by using the first control information.

Abstract: The application provides manner for communicating channel state information (CSI) in a communication network. A preset length is used for equalizing lengths of CSI to be reported. The preset length is determined based on a quantity of CSI-reference signal (RS) ports. A communication device determines whether a total length of one or more indication information items to be included in the CSI is less than the preset length. If the total length of the one or more indication information items to be included in the CSI is less than the preset length, the communication device adds one or more padding bits, to obtain a CSI bit sequence including the one or more indication information items and the one or more padding bits. A total length of the CSI bit sequence is consistent with the preset length. The communication device then outputs the CSI bit sequence.
