Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a driving substrate, a manufacturing method, and a micro-LED array substrate light-emitting backlight module. The driving substrate includes a first metal layer, a first high-reflection layer, and a second metal layer stacked in a top-down sequence. The driving substrate, the manufacturing method, and the micro-LED array light emitting backlight module of the present disclosure solve the loss of reflectivity issue caused by the edge forbidden area of the electrode welding pad edge forbidden region. At the same time, the limited reflectivity of traditional coated high-reflective layers (such as white oil) may also be enhanced.

The touch electrode is separated into the plurality of sub electrode arranged in spaced arrangement. The shadow of the gate line on the touch electrode is between the two sub electrodes, and the touch electrode avoids the gate line.

Abstract: The present invention provides a TFT substrate manufacturing method and a TFT substrate. In the TFT substrate manufacturing method of the present invention, a pattern of the gate metal layer has been designed such that reflective blocks are included in a gate metal layer at locations corresponding to areas in which connection holes are to be formed so that in a process of forming the connection holes, light is reflected by the reflective blocks to enhance intensity of exposure on locations where the connection holes are formed. Thus, even under the condition that limit exposure size of an existing exposure machine is constrained, it is still possible to ensure full exposure in forming the connection holes in a high PPI display panel device to thereby realize production of high display panel products.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of liquid crystal display technology, and more particularly, to the flexible display panel and the manufacturing method thereof. The method includes forming the polymer on the anode layer from vapor of the organic dimer as the micro-cavity adjusting layer by the chemical vapor deposition method at the controlled temperature between 650° C. to 750° C. The structural formula of the organic dimer is as shown in Formula 1, wherein R is selected from one of H, F, Cl, and Br. The cathodic protective layer and the encapsulation layer can be formed by the same material and processes. The present disclosure discloses preparing the micro-cavity adjustment layer, the cathodic protective layer, and the encapsulation layer of the flexible OLED with the same material, which can simplify the preparation processes.

Abstract: The present invention teaches an OLED display device including a substrate, an OLED device on the substrate, and an anti-reflection layer above the OLED device connected with the substrate. The anti-reflection layer not only may reduce the reflection of ambient light, but also may replace the encapsulation layer of the prior art. The resulted OLED display device then may be thinner and lighter, and the manufacturing process is simpler. The anti-reflection layer may also replace the cover plate of the prior art, making the OLED display device even thinner and further simplifying the manufacturing process of the OLED display device.

Abstract: The present invention teaches a light source module including a substrate, and a number of first and second LEDs disposed on the substrate. The first and second LEDs provide light of different viewing angles. A backlight module using the light source module may switch between two modes of lighting, one of a wider viewing angle and the other one of a narrower viewing angle. A LCD device using the backlight module therefore may provide different brightness to different viewing angles. Such a LCD device may differentiate itself among similar products, and achieve enhanced competitiveness in the market.
