Abstract: The present disclosure provides a narrow-border display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising a display module having a display driving circuit, a gate circuit, and a bonding area where the display driving circuit and the gate circuit being provided; a flexible substrate having a GOA circuit provided on a surface thereof, one side of which being bound to the bonding area and the other side of which being bent so that the GOA circuit being pasted on a back side of the display module; a bendable metal wire provided on the flexible substrate, and one end of a metal wire being bound to the bonding area connecting to the display driving circuit and the gate circuit, and the other end of the metal wire connecting to the GOA circuit, This disclosure saves a space on the side of the display module and reduces a width of the display panel.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a polysilicon etching method, including the following steps: ionizing oxygen and/or ozone and fluorine-based gas to obtain a first etching gas having a plasma state, and etching a polysilicon coated by a photoresist with the first etching gas for a preset time; and ionizing the fluorine-based gas to obtain a second etching gas having a plasma state, and etching the polysilicon by the second etching gas until the polysilicon etching is completed. The disclosure can make the line width of the polysilicon smaller, reach the requirement of the preset line width, and can improve the angle of polysilicon to make the angle of polysilicon smaller and also make the loss of polysilicon line width smaller.

Abstract: A method for intercepting pixel leaked voltages of a display panel is disclosed. The method includes following steps: displaying a black frame at a first display area of the display panel and a white frame at a second display area of the display panel at the same time; intercepting a first pixel light spot, wherein the first pixel light spot is caused by the gate of a transistor leaks a gate voltage to a pixel unit coupled to the transistor while voltage leakage exists between the gate and the source of the transistor within the first display area; intercepting a second pixel light spot, wherein the second pixel light spot is caused by the gate of the transistor leaks a source voltage to the pixel unit coupled to the transistor if the voltage leakage exists between the source and the drain of the transistor within the first display area.

Abstract: An improvement method for speckle phenomenon of a display image includes: a display device respectively displaying a first black-and-color grid image and a second black-and-color grid image; black and color grins of the first black-and-color grid image and black and color grins of the second black-and-color grid image are complementary, size of black and color grins of the first black-and-color grid image and the second black-and-color grid image is same as pixel size of the display panel; and acquiring a pixel gray scale of the first black-and-color grid image the display device displays; the display device displaying an image according to the acquired pixel gray scales and a driving frequency. The method calibrates the pixel gray scale of the display device by way of compensation and algorithm to achieve brightness uniformity of the display screen and reduce or eliminate the speckle phenomenon caused by the AG cover glass.

Abstract: A cover glass and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, the method includes: coating a first organic layer on a transparent substrate; forming first via holes on the first organic layer at intervals, heating and melting the first organic layer to flow; wet-etching the transparent substrate having the first organic layer to form a first microstructure on a region of the transparent substrate not shielded by the first organic layer; and removing the first organic layer form the transparent substrate. The present disclosure breaks the limitation for preparing microstructures with size below 5 μm in the existing photolithography process, the organic material in wet-etching process can be controlled by heating to make the organic material melted to flow. The size of the microstructure can be reduced and flexibly adjusted according to the pixel size of display panel, the speckle effect of the display device caused by anti-glare treatment can be reduced.
