Abstract: An electrochemical cell unit according to the present disclosure includes a flat plate type membrane electrode assembly having a structure in which an electrolyte membrane, a first electrode layer disposed on a first surface of the electrolyte membrane, and a second electrode layer disposed on a second surface of the electrolyte membrane are laminated; a first current collector in contact with the first electrode layer of the membrane electrode assembly; an interconnector electrically connected to the first current collector, a second current collector in contact with the second electrode layer of the membrane electrode assembly; and an outer peripheral part made of a metal material that surrounds an outer periphery of the first electrode layer together with the interconnector and the electrolyte membrane to form a gas introduction space for guiding internal gas to the first electrode layer.

Abstract: A voltage of a battery cell is measured, and a current flowing through the battery cell is measured. An open circuit voltage (OCV) of the battery cell is estimated based on the measured voltage, the measured current, and an equivalent circuit model based on electrochemistry of the battery cell. At least one of a positive electrode and negative electrode of the battery cell is a mixed electrode containing a plurality of materials. The equivalent circuit model is a model including a diffusion resistance component for each of the plurality of materials for use in the positive electrode and the negative electrode.

Abstract: The present invention groupcasts a groupcast frame in a short period of time by using millimeter wave communication. A communication device equipped with a MAC control circuit for controlling a procedure for discovering a communication partner device and a procedure for determining the best transmission sector, and also equipped with a wireless circuit for transmitting a unicast frame to the communication partner device by using the best transmission sector, wherein the MAC control circuit controls the wireless circuit so as to start a timer for each discovered communication partner device after the procedure for discovering communication partner devices is completed, and transmit a groupcast frame to communication partner devices for which the timer has not finished by using the best transmission sector upon receiving a groupcast frame transmission request from a higher layer before all timers have finished.

Abstract: An electricity storage device includes a case, an electricity storage element, a lead, and a sealing member. The sealing member includes an insulative gasket including a base, and an electrically conductive sealing plate. The sealing plate includes a displaceable part provided with a protrusion protruding toward the electricity storage element. The base is disposed between the sealing plate and the electricity storage element. The base includes a through hole. The protrusion is inserted into the through hole. The lead includes a folded part formed by welding at least double and being joined by at least one weld-deposited part. The protrusion and the folded part of the lead are connected to each other. The protrusion is displaced in a direction away from the lead in response to an increase of an internal pressure of the case so as to be disconnected from the lead.
