    Abstract: The present document relates to a method for efficiently performing uplink multi-user transmission in a wireless LAN system and an apparatus therefor. To this end, an access point (AP) may transmit a downlink multi-user frame to a plurality of STAs, receive an uplink frame including an acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signal for the downlink multi-user frame and an uplink scheduling request signal from at least two STAs among the STAs, transmit a downlink frame including uplink scheduling information to the at least two STAs on the basis of the uplink scheduling request signal, and receive an uplink multi-user frame including data from the at least two STAs in response thereto. Here, an SIG field of the downlink frame preferably comprises an indicator indicating that the downlink frame includes uplink multi-user scheduling information.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for transmitting an acknowledgement signal in response to downlink data by a station (STA) in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system. To this end, the STA receives a downlink physical protocol data unit (PPDU) including a control information subfield for uplink scheduling information and downlink data from an access point (AP) and transmits, to the AP, an uplink PPDU including an acknowledgement signal in response to the downlink data according to the uplink scheduling information. In this case, the control information subfield may include length information of the uplink PPDU, resource unit (RU) allocation information for the uplink PPDU, modulation and coding scheme (MCS) information for the uplink PPDU, transmit power of the AP, and target receive signal strength indicator (RSSI) information of the AP.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a power save mode-based operating method and apparatus in a wireless LAN. The power save mode-based operating method in a wireless LAN comprises the steps of: receiving, by an STA, overheard BSS information from an AP; receiving, by the STA, a PPDU, wherein the PPDU includes information on a BSS having transmitted the PPDU; determining, by the STA, whether the overheard BSS information includes the information on the BSS; and switching an awake state to a doze state when the STA determines whether the overheard BSS information includes the information on the BSS, wherein the overheard BSS information can include the information on at least one overheard BSS for transmitting a frame enabled to be overheard by the AP.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for transmitting a frame in a wireless communication system, in particular, a high density wireless LAN system, and a station apparatus for performing the same. To this end, a station for transmitting a frame configures a radio frame for a second type station, including a frame part for a first type station and a frame part for the second type station, wherein the frame part for the second type station includes a first signaling field (SIG A) for the second type station and a second signaling field (SIG B) for the second type station. The SIG A for the second type station includes modulation and coding scheme (MCS) information applied to the SIG B for the second type station, and the MCS level applied to the SIG B for the second type station supports an MCS having level than the lowest MCS level defined for the first type station.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for a first station (STA) to transmit an acknowledgement (ACK) signal to a second STA in a wireless local area network (WLAN) are disclosed. For this end, the first STA receive a first type frame aggregated with a second type frame from the second STA, wherein the first type frame does not include a quality of service (QoS) control field while the second type frame includes the QoS control field.     Abstract: The present document relates to a backoff procedure and apparatus for efficiently accessing a broadband channel in a wireless LAN system. To this end, a station performs a clear channel assessment (CCA) operation in each of a plurality of channels, and when one or more of the plurality of channels is/are not used and the one or more channels is/are not used for frame transmission in the basic service set (BSS) of its/their station, the station is characterized in that it performs or re-performs a backoff procedure in the one or more channels. When a backoff counter value becomes zero according to the backoff procedure, the station may transmit a frame through the one or more channels.
