    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a timing advance (TA) offset value for a high frequency range operating band. The UE may communicate in the high frequency range operating band, in accordance with the TA offset value. In some aspects, a UE may receive an indication of at least one of a TA offset value associated with a full-duplex communication mode of a base station or a TA offset value associated with a half-duplex communication mode of a base station. The UE may communicate, with the base station, in accordance with at least one of the TA offset value associated with the full-duplex communication mode of the base station or the TA offset value associated with the half-duplex communication mode of the base station. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) indicates, to a base station, a training state of a machine learning model for a given channel condition, and a request for a change in demodulation reference signal (DMRS) transmissions. The UE also receives DMRS transmissions in accordance with the training state for the given channel condition. The UE performs online training of the machine learning model with the DMRS transmissions. A UE may also request, from a base station, a specific number of demodulation reference signal (DMRS) symbols for a slot, and receive DMRS transmissions in response to the request to estimate a raw channel.

    Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at an integrated access and backhaul (TAB) node. The TAB node receives a first delay parameter and a second delay parameter associated with a packet, the first delay parameter being associated with a discard determination for the packet and the second delay parameter being associated with scheduling the packet for transmission. The TAB node performs a discard decision for the packet based on the first delay parameter associated or schedules the packet for transmission to a second TAB node or a user equipment (UE) using a second delay parameter associated with the packet. A central unit (CU) of an TAB network may indicate, to an TAB node, the second delay parameter for scheduling a packet and the first delay parameter for determining whether to discard the packet.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to beam management systems and procedures. In one example, a network node is configured to determine beam-specific gain adjustments for use with a set of wireless communication beams, wherein the wireless communication beams have one or more different beamformed spatial orientation parameters. The network node is also configured to apply the beam-specific gain adjustments to wireless communications with an access terminal. In another example, an access terminal is configured to receive beam-specific gain adjustments from a network node for use with a set of wireless communication beams, wherein the wireless communication beams have one or more different beamformed spatial orientation parameters. The access terminal is also configured to apply the beam-specific gain adjustments to wireless communications with the network node. Hierarchical beam management systems and procedures are also described. Illustrative examples exploit frequencies above 24.25 gigahertz (GHz).
